I pre-ordered a pizza for sit-down dining. At the restaurant, after being told, indeed, I could not sit down at a table, explained how I had to call my order in due to looming bedtime and having small kids who often dont act well when waiting 20 minutes for dinner. I was respecting the establishment and customers regarding my kids behavior while waiting for food. I said I was going to order drinks and would tip for the total price. I have 3 small children and there were plenty of available tables. I was given napkins and told to leave. Outside, there were smokers. Kelsey had no ability to make a judgement call and have the decency to allow me to sit in the restaurant to have a dining experience. It felt awful and it also felt like discrimination. Btw, I did the exact same thing with a call-ahead sit-down pizza at your Evans location last Monday. The staff there was beyond courteous and kind. Jon, the owner, asked me to never come back to his location because I addressed this issue.

Friday night I ordered romas and had it delivered to me through order up. It took only 40 mins and I was definitely okay with that considering I order chicken parm. When it got here, the delivery man was super nice. But, once I tasted my food, I was horribly dissapointed. The chicken parm can best be described as a cheap microwave frozen meal you pick up at the dollar store. It even tasted like they microwaved it instead of taking the time to bake it in the oven to make it taste slightly better. The pasta was even a little cold. The chicken was warm but hard on the edges! I couldnt eat half. The side salad I ordered was fine. I have heard good things about romas but after this experience, I will never be eating from there again. I want to give you two stars just because your delivery man was such a sweetheart, but I cant. That food was horrible and Im out 20 bucks when I would have had a nicer experience with a pizza from 7/11.

A true Greeley treasure. Romas has delicious food and a cozy atmosphere. However, the real draw is the value. Where else in Greeley can you get all-you-can-eat (excellent) spaghetti for $4???? Also, there are always coupons for half off pizza or Carolis being printed so never go without them. Try pretty much all the pizzas, carolis, or the garlic bread. You wont be disappointd. My friends and I always go on tuesdays for the spaghetti special listed above. Romas is definately the best Itailan for your dollar in probably all of NoCo.

I gave my money to the bartender before I left. They accused me of not paying a bill apparently the bartender put that money in his pocket it was $22 Im trying very hard to make this right with these people they just said dont never come back and they run me out of the restaurant. I talked with a manager named Steph and pleaded with her to please let me make this right but she told me that its not our problem. Im done with being accused of being a thief when I paid the man and he put in his pocket.

Smallest Pizza Ive ever ordered for $10. Wouldnt pay more than $5 for that pizza.... Their Carolis (Calzone) is extremely small as well. The Sauce cup is almost as big as the Calzone... Wouldnt pay more than $4 for it. The Buffalo Chicken Caroli tastes like Sour milk and Franks Red Hot Sauce. I literally almost threw up on the second bite. Ill gladly give my business to DP Dough and Papa Johns before here ever again. If you want to feed your kids expensive pizza this is the place to do it.

We went with a large group of 10 on July 3rd. The service was pretty slow, but I dont think they anticipated being that busy. Our waiter was the waiter for the entire restaurant and the bartender to boot! The salad and cheese bread was fantastic, as is their sauce. Great selection of beers and the carolis are good (could use a bit more salt in their dough). All in all, a great find in a town filled with franchise offerings. We will be back! Thank you!

The original Roma Restaurant in Greeley not only provides quality carollis and delicious beer, but also a festive atmosphere unrivaled. The walls provide a vivid canvas for the retro music and art memoribilia. There is no place quite like Roma! It was the highlight of my days when I lived near the UNC Campus! I have always had a positive experience with the staff. They are amiable, efficient and delightful!

A true local staple--Romas boasts two locations, each with its own personality, yet each with the same exacting standards of diliciousness. The 8th ave location is more of the loud, fun college joint. The west 10th st location is much nicer for a family get together. Either way, expect great pie, calzones and suds. Tip: Check the college coupon book or the website for coupons.

Food was good however customer service is awful. Tried calling in an order and phone was busy. Co-worker finally just wen to location to order in person and she said the phone didnt ring the entire time she was there and they were not that busy. Just called again to try to get a copy of receipt and now phone just rings and rings and no one answers.....Come on Roma....:(

Usually I would rate this place a 4-5 stars for great food and drinks thats kept me coming past my college career. But today I showed up on Senior day when my Bears faced off against league nemesis Montana. We won so I headed to Roma to find out that they only had one server and its been twenty minutes and no one has helped me Terrible managing will kill this place

We can because we were work through some family issues my heart lead me here and the dinning experince has been forever recorded in our family history. Thank you for more than just pizza and beers!

This is a hoppin spot on Friday nights, college crowd to families to loners. Expect a wait of at least 20 to 30 minutes just to get a table. The service is on point. Our waitress Stephanie rocked it! She has to be the most friendly and fun waitress in Greeley. Note to management : YOU BETTER TAKE CARE OF HER. The food? OMG. One of a kind delicious...

I LOVE the interior of the restaurant- it has character and is verily inviting. The staff here is very kind and attentive. The only downside is that my pizza was overcooked, crunchy, and barely had any sauce or toppings on it. But hey- that was only one experience. I will probably have a more positive one in the future :-)

Keep in mind you are going to a college italian spot. The staff is awesome and make sure to take care of you. A group of us, frequents their trivia night and we always have a blast. They always have different food and drink specials and a mix of college students, graduate students, and faculty come to this place.

Food was amazing. However I received olives in my caroli, which I had asked to be removed. So I had to pick out all the olives, not a big deal, but a tad annoying. Then the waiter, when removing our plates dropped some of the olives that I had removed onto my foot. Which honestly just made me laugh
