This is the second time in a week Ive tried to go to this specific Taco Bells lobby to eat inside. The first time they locked the doors, hours before the listed lobby closing time with no reason listed on the window. With my more recent experience, they had the doors still locked, but with a barely understandable message in English about a "broken machine" as the reason why people cant go in. As far as I can tell, the only machines they would have should be in the kitchen, right? But the drive-through was operable, so how can they close the lobby? Both use the same kitchen.. probably the last time Ill ever go to this Taco Bell.

The staff here are so uncaring and act like you are the biggest inconvenience to their lives, Im not talking about like teenagers Im talking about the managers. Wasnt given my drink last night by one of the managers and when I asked for my drink he gave me the worst look acting like it was way too much for me to ask for something I paid for. The only reason I ever went back to this location after my first trip was because its the closest one to my house. Avoid this place and drive the extra one and a half miles or so and go to the other one. I know Ill be avoiding this place like the plague from now on.

If I could give zero stars I would. Night crew runs things very unprofessionally at the front counter. Day crew seems to do a great job every time Im here. Tonight I watched a manager lock the doors at 9:26 when the door says dine in is open until 10:00. Also a few orders were screwed up and they didnt seem very willing to fix their mistakes and didnt even come to check on a customer waiting at the counter to get his order fixed and the customer left without anyone helping him. And also when trying to leave out of the locked door I was flipped off and had gang signs thrown at me.... unsatisfactory

The manager there is a real piece of work. A kid there broke my debit card bent it in half. And we said something he said your welcome. So i went in to talk to the manager she was bullshitting in front of me while going back to get me something like it was funny. She always messes up my order. After 3 times i said i wasnt paying for the burrito so she spit! Or at least somone did in it! Discusting. Very rasist thinks cuz im white i know dont know spanish. Mistaken. I will not eat at this taco bell at all

My husband and I just had lunch. As usual it was very good. After eating I used the restroom. Unknown to me the floor was scrubbed while I was in the restroom. Immediately upon leaving the restroom I fell on both knees and due to the slickness of the floor was unable to get up until a customer saw me and gave assistance. Im 70+ and have a bad knee already. There was a sign but not visible to anyone exiting the womens restroom. Please advise your employees regarding this safety hazard.

I dont know why all these other people are putting such crappy reviews. I have been coming to this taco bell my whole life, at a mininum once a month or more, and have never had a negative experience. The one time that they messed up my order i asked them if they could exchange it and they did, along with a complimentary bag of cinnamon twists. I have never been to a better taco bell, and will always love this place and its people. Edit: for spelling

I attempted to get breakfast here on my way home, it was 7:15 and apparently they we not open yet. I sat at the drive thru box for awhile and waited, but no one talked to me. So I pulled up to the window and knocked, the kid told be they got a huge order and were not open yet because of that. I have worked at and managed a few Taco Bells (including this one) would have been reprimanded for this. How sad and how lazy.

Why is there a guy running drive thru in the morning who doesnt understand English? I SHOULD NOT have to repeat my order SEVEN times because you made a poor decision to put someone who doesnt understand English on the drive thru. He would be better off working in the kitchen. Its extremely inconvenient and infuriating for a customer. Fix that problem and Id give more stars.

I waited in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes for a burrito and 2 tacos. There were 5 cars ahead of me. After asked if there would be a discount applied of some sorts for waiting for so long, they said they didnt have any such thing. Why go to a drive through if its going to take 30 minutes without a way out? Dont come to this place if youre looking for "fast" food.

Best Taco bell Ive been too. Always have a great experience. Girl at the register, thats there in the mornings, named Gabie? Always so friendly, the moment since you walk through the door shes smiling at you, making you feel welcomed. Very patient when people are taking orders. Great customer service. People on the back do a great job also! Very fast.

Drive through line took over an hour to get served. 45 to order then another at least 30 to even get to the window for food. Never had such terrible service or waiting time. Could have gone to an authentic Mexican restaurant and gotten food faster. Gentleman at the window was very nice that was the only decent part of the night.

If you like the convenience of a drive thru with the wait time of a sit down restaurant then this is the place for you! But seriously dont do the drive thru here. It takes some definite poor management to not be able to figure how to change the function of this kind of a business to succeed.

Worst service ever every single time I come through the drive thru they mess up my order. Management couldnt care less about it. Its gotten so bad the the last time the kenpratt stores manager fixed my order and comped me. I live 5 mins away and drive to the other side of town its so bad.

taco bell has tacos. I was surprised not to find any bells. the people were very friendly and my food came out fast. i ate the taco and went home. it was a good taco. i would like to eat such a taco more often... perhaps by the bell. they had this neet machine that made soda from scratch.

If there was a no star option, i would use it. Of all the times Ive been at this location, i have NEVER experienced such unprofessionism until today. The "young man" working the register was rude, unprofessional, and looked as if he did not want to work there.....

Pretty good for a Taco Bell. Seems to get the order right every time (sometimes rare in fast food.) I always order the Chalupa, I ask for it to be cooked 1.5 times, this gives it a crunchier feel, much better in my opinion, give it a try, and I think youll agree.

The line always take forever. I sat in the drive thru for half an hour. I may as well go to a sit down restaurant with that wait. The staff never apologizes for the wait and obviously this location is under staffed and needs more help. Management is horrible.
