This location gets my order wrong almost every time. I have gone from ordering a variety of things to one single thing due to the fact that there is too much room for error in my other favorite items. I have spoken with management on multiple occasions, as well as customer service about the location through their surveys as well as through twitter and have seen literally no improvement. I refuse to be forced to pick lettuce off my food for several minutes or go without eating at all because the order was so incorrect Id get sick if I ate it. When someone asks for a substitution on their meal, it should be taken seriously, like an allergy. Not "oh it was no lettuce? Let me just take off the lettuce I put on and leave a few pieces, it wont hurt." Order accuracy is important, and much less costly then offering me a replacement meal if I drive back up for the ump-teenth time. Fix whatever is wrong with your screens, or lack of vision when an order comes up on the screen, please.

This place is always busy, always out of ingredients and they say its because of the concerts they are always blindsided because its unpredictable. Im sorry but if you are that close to a concert venue and still havent figured out how to have excess inventory on hand, you have a poor management system. I mean, onions? Theres what? One tablespoon of onions on half the items on the menu and you run out of onions? Thats just poor planning. Try harder. This facility also struggles with the term and concept of "fast food" because they only seem to be able to serve one customer at a time. One person orders. Gets their food at the window. The next person orders when the person before them actually receives their food. I love Taco Bell, but will avoid this store at all costs in the future.

Came in at 3pm and the place was a hot mess. Theyre were only 2 other customers so they were by no means busy, and I would think at 3 the lunch rush would have been well over. Every table in the place was dirty, the floor was disgusting and the tray they gave me my food on was dirty making me seriously question the food I was eating. There were employees standing around while one girl alone was talking orders and trying to clean the floor. She was the only one with a smile on her face. Her name is Christiana and she deserves a raise!!!! Sadly, one person will not get me to come back to this mess they call a restaurant.

This place always gets the order wrong! I asked the drive through clerk if everything was here, as he handed me the bag. He said yes, without even looking. I took his word for it, thinking maybe he checked it already. Of coarse I decide to check anyways before leaving the parking lot, and only half of my order was there. From now on ask the drive through clerk to visually check the order. Eventhough this should already be part of their procedure, dont they have an expediter whos only job is to bag the orders properly?

3 stars for being Taco Bell and doing what Taco Bell does. Sadly it is pretty understaffed during the evening hours so plan for a wait in the line. Audiobooks are nice. And always be sure to check your order. While they often get it wrong or forget a piece they usually throw on a cinnamon twist as recompense which works for me.

something was wrong here the morning i went there at 8am. computer issues and the place was locked up, walked over to the drive thru window and the mexican lady could not speak english. the white boy mgr didnt have time to deal with his restaurant. i drove to burger king for breakfast.

Stopped here today and wanted to wash my hands before I ate, like a normal person. Someone had set up temporary camp in the restroom, so with only a half hour for lunch, I asked the kid at the register if they had somewhere else I could wash my hands. He said no, so I left.

The food is good and always accurate. Only had one moderately bad experience. But not sure if they close early on sundays. Came at about 10:30 pm on a Sunday night and were closed even with their hours showing until 1 am.
