First time to Potbellys and I have to say, my sandwich was great. However, there was a middle aged woman with freckles and platinum blonde hair, who was putting toppings on my sandwich. She was very unhelpful and and too curt in my opinion. When I asked what toppings would go well on an Italian sandwich, she simply pointed at the list of toppings behind her and stared at me. So over all my experience here was awkward and Ill probably avoid this location and that woman in the future!

First time at a potbelly and last time Ill ever go to the lone tree location on Yosemite. Had the roast beef and it was slimy and the kids working behind the counter were more interested in the girls before me, who already had their sandwiches versus making my order. Had to yell to get his attention which was focused on the girls again to get my sandwich off of the toaster which I didnt want and he didnt ask. Terrible first impression, spent $7 on a sandwich I couldnt even eat.

Closed in the middle of the day on a Saturday? Really? The hours say open till 9, yet you guys are closed at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon.... Employees were inside, we knocked on the glass and tried opening the door and you all just stared at us as if we were from some other planet... At least have the decency to tell us your closed or put a sign on the damn door. Disappointing to say the least. Wont be coming back.

Poor management...poor service...no food...brother and I order two sandwiches...only made one sandwich for both of us...the family of four in front of us got all of their food...and the next eight customers behind us got their food too...my bother was asked to wait for his sandwich after the following eight customers...so we walked out without any food.

My Mediterranean chicken sandwich was unique. Great mix of flavors. The staff where helpful and offered suggestions on condiments and toppings. The only gripe was they did not have black olives.

Dont online order here. Everything was wrong. Literally everything. Except the pickle on the side. If youre going to order go in person since online requests are ignored.
