Do you know the feeling, where you shouldn’t wander far from the toilet? Welcome to RICE! Both me and my wife felt a bit funny in the stomach within an hour after eating sushi at RICE, as if our stomachs were struggling to process. Ordered Sashimi platter and a couple sushi rolls. Some of the Sashimi pieces were suspect. A couple sashimi pieces were surrounded by lemons and scallions. Why would you have to surround fresh fish with pieces of lemon? The rolls are heavy on rice and light on the fish, and way over-priced. Ordered edamame which never arrived. This happened twice to us, where the edamame never arrived. I wonder why they offer it on the menu. Service pathetically slow while sitting at the sushi bar. Also, you get a great view into the back from the sushi bar, where you can enjoy watching the dish washer wash all the dishes. Lovely view! Saw several employees chomping on food while working, and even one of the sushi chefs was chomping away in plain site. Overall, this place is a stinker and falls way flat. Try John Holly instead.

Beer and wine was the only thing that saved dinner tonight. The roll we order for an app, took 20 minutes. While there was a warning that that particular roll takes more time, 20 min was way too long. Especially since it was not even rolled well, fell apart no matter how you picked it up, chopsticks or fingers. Our entrees were not good. I had the Crispy Shrimp and Scallops. They were not "lightly breaded" but drenched. And barely fried, not to golden. And the "lemon cream sauce" was straight up mayonnaise. My husband had the Crispy Szechwan Snapper. Again, way too much batter and the sauce, which should be at least a little spicey, was made with peas and carrots. The fish itself was well cooked but lacked flavor. We talked to the manager and he did comp one entree, so thats good, but in the end, it was really disappointing that the roll and the entrees were just plain off.

This is the only Asian restaurant my husband and I will go to, because the food is fresh, well prepared, and delicious. We recently went there for my sisters birthday. The server asked if I was vegetarian, which I am, so she had them leave out the chicken powder in my Kung Pao Tofu. Since they dont have this information on the menu, I was really happy she took the initiative to make sure my meal was truly vegetarian. Thats the one thing I think could be improved upon. They need a way for vegetarians to identify which foods meet their diet, since its easy to believe that everything in their "vegetables" section is vegetarian. So, if youre a vegetarian or vegan, be sure to ask.

Gorgeous restaurant with sushi thats fresh and presented in a way that makes it their own. Went in with my roommates before they closed and we were the only people left. We ordered dessert even and werent rushed. Comfortable, but upscale atmosphere, with music we were singing along with. Great place with great service. Id say the price is perfect for how much you get and how it comes presented. Cant wait to go back!

Im not sure why others are rating this so highly. I really tried to give this place a chance. Ive tried three times but every time Ive had a meal here its been awful. Really the only thing I can say is the food tastes like freezer burned Chinese. Pass on Rice.

Staff was friendly, ordered for take out, said would be 15 to 20 mins. Showed up 18 minutes and it was up front waiting for me. Prices are what I expected them to be. Some things higher than normal but others cheaper than other stores. Will go again

Just got to go food from here. Everything was amazing! Chicken Tempura was perfect! Chicken lettuce wraps, crab rangoon, and everything else we got was super good! Keep up the freshness cause we could tell how fresh everything was! Thanks guys!

My friend and I closed the place down one night and tried just about every piece of fish offered as sushi or sashimi: everything was awesome and the service was second to none. And unlike captain complainer: I dont work for John Holly.

The Singapore rice noodles was an excellent meal. The service was great. The waiter was very nice to our baby. The restaurant was clean and had a very nice look to it. I will definitely eat here again.

Its about time Littleton got a GREAT Asian restaurant with an fantastic food. Great atmosphere, too! The Basil Chicken was the best Ive ever had. 5 stars isnt even close to how good...try 10 stars!

It is nice to get both quality sushi and have a wide selection of entrée options (in case someone doesnt care for sushi). Also there are several good gluten free options in their menu.

Best Chinese food in town. Grab some movie tickets and stop here for dinner beforehand. I havent had a dish I didnt love. The sushi options are lengthy and they have cooked and raw.
