I went through the drive thru my sister in law ordered some food when she was done ordering I asked for a cherry limeade separate. As she repeated the order back she had the limeade on the same order so I drove up to the window and told the little girl again and she didnt understand I had to tell her 3 different times then she came back and asked if I wanted the drink from my sisters order with my order when I clearly told her JUST the limeade. She finally got the orders right my sister in law paid and I gave the girl my card for the cherry limeade which she told me would be $2.15 I paid got my card back gave my sister her change. After several minutes of waiting WITH NO ONE in the parking lot but me she gives my sister her food and walks away, her and 2 others sat there talking so I honk and she comes and asks me what I need so I ask her for my limeade and she proceeds to tell me I never ordered a limeade and that it wasnt paid for when I gave her my credit card for it! So what did she do with my card? Are you serious? And the manger on duty didnt do a thing he came to the window upset with me while the little girls throwing me bad looks and told me hell give me the drink, it was like he was trying to get me out of the window by saying hed give me a drink I already paid for. All that for a limeade and I will make sure nobody I know ever goes to this location. I work in fast food and I know whats expected and this was not it!!!!!!!

Me and my wife went there tonight and this is the second chance that we gave the night crew. But there was immediately a problem after taking the order, things were being added that I had not even asked for. I had noticed there was a problem when the price came out ten dollars higher than what it shouldve been. So after reporting the problem, they couldnt even find the order, and when they did, it was showing the extra items that I hadnt ordered. Afterwards, when the manager brought out the order, the condiments werent in the bag, the order of chili-cheese tots were pitiful and even the drink wasnt what was ordered and he didnt even apologize for the issues that the crew had.Clearly the night crew has problems, and this is my second time have issues specifically with them. It is not even worth going to this location at night.

Ive been here multiple times, where Ive parked my car in the parking space where you can see the menu and press the button. All those times, Ive pressed the button, waited for 10+ minutes, pressed the button again and waited for 5+ minutes. When Im finally done waiting, I start the car and start to move, and THATS when they answer and ask to take my order. Its never while Im waiting, its ALWAYS when Im about to leave from waiting too long. The food is pretty good, but the wait time is not worth it.

This place is a JOKE!!! Horrible customer service. I only continue to come here because I love Sonic Dr Pepper, I wish there was another one in the area but unfortunately this one is the only one by my house. Theres always someone rude or there drive thru isnt working then you use a stall and it takes FOREVER for them to get to you. Then they say "oh sorry we only have like 3 people in there right now".... I dont know how this location is still open! They suck!!!!!!

The staff originally got my order wrong. I called the manager on duty and she offered to replace the meal at no charge on my next visit. Said shed write down my name and all I had to do was telling the staff. Unfortunately when I tried to do so, after explaining situation twice at intercom and twice to employees in person they didnt seem to understand and the girl Angel at the window was actually very rude. Never got the meal. Two strikes and youre out.

They forget something every time I go. Today I got home to find out I got 3 packs of ketchup when I asked for extra katchup and ketchup on my burger which was non existing. To top it off I ordered a number 2 which comes with lettuce and all the normal stuff and I got meat cheese and a bun. The guy at the drive through threw me attitude when I asked for a drink carrier and think my food was made a hour ago. This place sucks

We waited for at least 15 minutes for a large ocean water and a blue raspberry slush with nerds and pop rocks.. there were like 2 other constomers at the location. We had to go to the drive through to complain and it took 5 more minutes to get our drinks. The ocean water was a medium and the slush had no pop rocks. There were at least 10 employees standing around doing nothing. 0/10. Would not go there again.

I buy bags of ice for my sick mother she likes to eat it and its little ice. This is how I get her hydrated. Anyway every time I go to buy a bag the machine is broke but my daughter can go two hours later and get a bag wth man is it personal or what? Its very disappointing and my mom has to have it. So I have to go miles out of the way to get the ice my Mom likes. It sounds petty but my Mom is habitual.

This place is horrible!! The few times I have come, my son and I waited for almost 30 minutes without anyone asking us what we wanted. So we ended up leaving. Then when we went last night to order some shakes we waited for about 10 minutes then the power went out and they told us it would take about half hour to fix before they could take our order. WTF Im never going back again

This visit was not the best. It was 8:30 at night and they were cleaning the ice cream machine which was the only thing we wanted. Not sure why they chose the time many people would come for dessert to clean it. If it was having problems, I would have rather heard that there was a problem. Telling us they were cleaning it just makes it sound like they have poor management.

Love how cheap it is, hate that all of Denver also loves being here at half price shakes time. And wish who ever wears the patchouli there would lay off a bit. Last 2 times he wears so much we had to pour our drinks into different cups to get away from the smell. But that guy is always sssoooooo nice and super fast. So its a give and take.

Worst service ever!!!! Only been to this location twice and both the times Ive wait 20+ in the DRIVE THRU when I finally get up to the window theres about 7 employees in there and about 5 of them are just standing around talking to each other. 20 min for a burger frys and a drink when theres only 2 cars ahead of my is ridiculous!!!!!!

Their horrible. They take for ever to answer at Drive thru then their rude. If you go to a stall its a Lil better. One good really fast friendly worker black shirt night/evening grew big pony tail. Other then him sorry but hands down horrible. We come here often and my friends and family due to it being only close to our area
