I am not impressed. For 25 bucks I can take my business to a steakhouse and have a much more satisfying meal than stuff my face with sub-par food and still be disappointed at the end. This place looks old, and it is old. The buffet tables have missing trim, the decor is outdated, and the kitchen is in need of some repair. But trust me, this review is not for the decor, its for the food and price. Walking in I was happy to fork over the money to eat here. After all, I remember a Chinese buffets from when I was younger that had wonderfully seasoned dishes that each had a side placed by them that complimented the entree. It was still cheap Chinese food, but it tasted wonderful and each dish had a side to compliment it. This place...ugh... its nothing but a thrown together list of items that owners "think" people may enjoy. There seems to be no sense as to what items are placed on the buffet for diners to eat. I thought I would at least be able to enjoy a cup of Egg Drop soup, but I was greeted by a watery, tasteless, bowl of egg chunks. I added salt and pepper, but could not force myself to finish the bowl. Then there is the "Mongolian Grill". An overly simplistic frill that left me wondering why it was even offered. I found myself looking around the buffet for ingredients that didnt exist. On one side of the buffet you get 2 veggie options, 3 meat options, 1 noodle option, and 5 sauces to choose from. Now I may not be a huge fan of Hu Hot, but at least I have options... Desert was even worse. Generic buffet desserts, and soft serve ice cream that had ice crystals within the mix. I thought I could have some relief by eating my disappointment in the form of sugar, but even that didnt make the cut. On my way out I glanced over to the wall and saw a framed plaque of a review of The Great Wall Super Buffet when it first opened. The reviewer gave the place a C+. It seems like the Great Wall wasnt so mighty when it was built, and today it has just crumbled.

By far the worst restaurant experience me and my fiance have ever endured. First, we called ahead of time to see pricing, availability, and overall feel of the place. We were told if we came right before 3:30 and did their lunch buffet special they would allow us to get dinner items at no extra charge for being first timers and business was slow for the day anyway, we decided to come give it a chance. When we arrived and explained to the front desk the previous conversation she said that wasnt possible and we were not to get dinner items or we would be charged, so we decided... Fine thats okay we are already here, everything smells good! We each had 3 plates of very small portions to try their food, neither of us liked a single thing. Not one! The food was hard and you could tell it been out for way to long! Our waitress only came by when we werent at the table to get our plates, told us to try the grill ( which was very hard to understand due to lack of English) and walked away....we didnt have a chance to talk to her about our experience. Then, I immediately felt nauseous, knowing very well it was due to the food. My fiance went to go find a manager and discovered no one in the kitchen was wearing gloves, thanks to the open windows from the kitchen to dinning area. He also discovered a hair in his food, and they werent wearing hair nets. When we went to the front counter to talk to the staff, she gave us attitude saying we should have said something on our first plate. Well, usually at a buffet you find dishes you hate and those you love so we decided to give it a fair chance! On top of that, we did try to find manegment but they were no where to be found. Then she proceeded to give us a 46.88 bill....which lunch was 11.99 so for two people that comes to 23-24 plus one drink and water 24-25. We took pictures of the staff in the kitchen, the food, made a police report because we refuse to pay for this and will be filing a law suit!! Do not eat here!!

This was by far one of the worst dining experiences Ive ever had in my entire life. The walkway by the front door was cluttered with all kinds of boxes, the floors were not the cleanest there was dirt and dust built up in the corners of the floor board and some cobb webs in the corners of the ceiling. When we were seated the tables were chipped and splintered the booth we were sitting in was broken an had been duct taped. The carpets were dirty and when I went to use the restroom the ladies room was dirty and dark because they only had one working light in the entire bathroom. once I came back to the buffet to get my food the food was not only soaked in grease and looked like it had been sitting under the heat lamps for hours. I tried the seafood and it was horrible and did not taste fresh like good quality seafood should, I had tried a stuffed muscle and the cheese was runny and bitter tasting and . I figured I would try the home made hand rolled sushi they had to offer. I tried one roll of all they had to offer and after the first 2 rolls I had to stop eating them because they tasted so old and so stagnant that I could bear to finish any more. Not only was the food absolutely atrocious and wait staff was incredibly rude and un-personable, when we got to the counter to pay for this horrible meal they charged us the $17 a person DINNER price instead of the lunch price because we didnt finish our meal in time to be charged the lunch price by 5 minutes. Within an hour of my husband, myself, and our friends leaving we all had stomach aches nausea. Mine lasting longer then the guyss for about 3 days. This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!

Today people from our church went to this restaurant for lunch; they charge $19/person on the weekends. Before being seated we told the individual in the front that we were not going to coming in as a group but instead as different families. Therefore, we were seated in different areas and not together. Once we were seated me made sure to tell the waiter that we wanted to have separate checks and be charged as individual families. At the end of lunch, our bills came and they added a 10% service fee to all of the church families because they wanted to treat this as a group to make additional money. But everybody told them they were individual families and we were all seated in separate areas. One family’s bill for four members came close to $100 including the service charge and taxes. But the individual families refused to pay this service charge. The owner and management were so rude and very unprofessional. We were being charged a 10% service charge for not being seated together, and for the attendant who only brought us water and never refilled our cups. At the end they threatened us and told us they would call the police if we didn’t pay the service charge. We were waiting at the front desk to fix our bills and finally, after 30min of arguing they corrected everybody’s bill and they charged the correct amounts to their individual credit cards. In addition, the food was not that great and it wasn’t worth the price. They have a front desk reception and you don’t have an option to see the quality of the food before. The customer service was real bad, and I won’t recommend this place to anyone.
