Worst experience ever. Waited in the drive thru line for ten minutes just to order. We gave up; parked the car to go-in to order. Waited 25 minutes for our order. While we waited we witnessed three people complaining their order was incorrect. We received our order, they gave us the wrong order, my husband had his sandwich, I went to the counter to exchange the incorrect bagel. Then the drive- thru person, grabbed the incorrect bagel from me, she said, "Phew, we caught that in the knick of time." and proceeded to give the bagel to its rightful owner. I continued to wait 10 more minutes, I had to ask the whereabouts of my sandwich. The counter person asked the sandwich makers where my sandwich was, they just stood, stared and had no clue. I gave up, told them to forget it, keep our money and we left. Meanwhile my husbands sandwich was cold, gross and inedible. We stopped at King Soopers grabbed the fixings for bagel sandwiches to make at home. This place has horrid service, is unorganized, the order and food line does not flow. Im not sure why the drip coffee is not self-service, it is very poorly run. Will not go back and will tell people not to go.

I order several dozens of bagels to take to my offices for work and have always called first thing in the morning to have them ready when I pick them up. I called as usual to this new Einsteins location on Quebec and County Line and talked to the manager Ryan. I ordered my 2 dozen bagels and asked to have them in freezer bags. I get there several hours later and the bagels are not ready. Ryan tells me they do not take orders, which I have been told by other managers to please call ahead. So, he didnt have them ready and was incredibly rude. This is not the first time the service has been slacking. The last time I waited almost 25 minutes stuck in the drive thru. As we all know in business, customer service is everything. A manager such as Ryan cannot be rude to a customer, especially when they rely on repeat business. Do not go there if you need anything quickly or correctly.

Unfortunately I have nothing good to say. This was not the 1st bad experience, but it was the worst. On Tuesday morning at 7:58 am, I walked in to an empty restaurant, placed my order for a ham, egg and Swiss on a potato bagel to go. 9 minutes later, I still had no sandwich. I asked the server if I could have just a bagel as I was going to be late for work. The server walked into the back and never came out. The manager was working the line and didnt seem to have any sense of urgency. I left without a bagel or a sandwich, for which I had paid. This location is usually VERY VERY SLOW and I have friends who have had the same complaint. With so many choices, service, good service is of the utmost importance. Disappointed in Denver :(

I love Einstein Bros. but this location is terrible. We waited over 20 mintues in the drive thru for 2 bagels with shmear. Heard the manager tell the next person that ordered that he couldnt help them with their order because he was too busy. If they wanted to place their particular order they had to come inside. Manager was extremely rude to employees as well. Ive tried to give this place a few chances since its newer and figured they just had to work some kinks out. This was my 3rd time and all 3 times have been bad. I wont go back. Treat your employees and customers better because without them you dont have a job yourself.

Like their coffee but the service is the worst. Every time Ive gone through the drive thru Ive waited at least 5 minutes. Trust me, I got so fed up once I timed it. I saw the drive thru window was super long one morning so I went inside. They had two people making the breakfast sandwiches and coffees. And one person running the drive thru and the front registers. Sloooowwwwwest service I have ever seen. Forget it. Im going elsewhere.

Veru poorly run! Went through the drive thru, was told they couldnt make a plain bagel with cinnamon sugar sprinkled on top. Then pulled up the window and recieved the wrong order, then went inside, waited for about 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged that i was there and then they almost handed me another wrong order. I said something and then was told i was wrong. I will not be coming back to this location

I ordered a caramel cooler and got this. No whip, no drizzle apparently. I asked for whip and drizzle thinking it was a mistake or the wrong order, but the gentleman pointed out it was on there. That little squirt in the middle was the whip and no drizzle. Maybe they dont do that anymore, who knows. If Im paying $5 for a blended coffee Id like to receive all that it entails. The bagel was good though.

Ive come to this location multiple times, giving them the benefit of the doubt, and it is always at least a 20-30 minute wait for a bagel. The drive through is just as bad and as I write this I have been in the drive through line for 25 minutes, we ordered two bagels. I have no clue why this is so poorly run and why it takes so long to get your food but I am never coming back

Waited for 10 minutes before our order was taken to then were told we needed to wait for them to brew coffee. And the order taker was extremely unfriendly. This was a bad choice for Einsteins to merge with Caribou as it takes away from the original Einsteins experience. Generally the employees at Einsteins are friendly, eager to serve you and always have what you need!

Roughly a 30 minute wait on average for one bagel. I believe theyre understaffed but theres a lot of standing around too. Dont come here if youre in any sort of a rush, or needing food fast. Drinks are moderately quick but any food youll be waiting longer than if you went to a sit down restaurant.

They completely messed up our simple order: two black coffees and a muffin for here. Took them 10 minutes and they didnt even give us a muffin, it was a scone so more waiting to fix that. Its like the barista didnt even know the difference. There wasnt even a line! We were the only ones there!

This place is just atrocious and getting worse. Owner/manager must be completely incompetent to have such a badly run bagel and coffee shop. Its clearly understaffed, they dont understand basic orders, wait times are long, errors are frequent. Its a nightmare. Avoid at all costs.

One person working the counter on a Sunday morning! Worst service ever and when we FINALLY got our egg sandwiches, they were cold. The cream and milk dispensers were empty and it took them 30 min to refill. By then my coffee was cold. VERY poorly run. we will not be back.

I ordered a Tasty Turkey sandwich and they forgot the turkey. My wife ordered a ham and egg sandwich and got sausage. When we talked to the manager about our issue, they said there was nothing they could do. Poor management and poorly run. Do not come to this location.
