Since this new kid (Mackenzie - "manager"?!! lol) has taken over, this coffee shop has turned into a horrible and dirty place. It used to be a very nice, friendly, and comfortable place when Andrew was the manager of this store. He was a very nice, polite, and professional person with excellent customer service. But Mackenzie is very rude. She always flirts with young male customers and gives them her phone number!! She and her new staff are very rude, careless, and dishonest!! They overcharged my credit card multiple times! There was also hair in my smoothie!! Ill never come back again to a Caribou coffee shop because of this very disrespectful and unprofessional manager (Mackenzie)! Also, so many of my friends from the University of Colorado Hospital have expressed that Mackenzie has been very rude to them as well and they all mentioned that they will never ever go back to this coffee shop since Mackenzie is very rude! :( Do NOT go to this coffee shop if you want to enjoy your beverage!

@Caribou_Coffee Best iced Americano I have had in a long time. Cold. Stout. Strong. Delicious. Refreshing. I am always satisfied when I go to this location. They provide good coffee and great, friendly service. It is a nice alternative to other chain coffee establishments when one needs a fix of deep dark joe. Their pastry and muffin selection is yum. A warmed apple fritter makes life grand. Large iced Americano and large iced tea makes a morning beverage jubilee. Try them. Youll be glad you did. I double fist the caffeinated drinks.

Very good drinks, weather you choose a hot or cold drink its always good. The staff are friendly and helpful. Enroll in their Perks program and receive discounts and free drinks as rewards! I only wish there was a drive -thru here. I will be a forever return customer!! I love the products and cute concept ♥!!!

The service was amazing and super quick on their feet! My hot coco was delicious and though the people around were glued to their laptops aside from people watching the baristas were insanely friendly and made you feel like a part of the family whether you were new or a regular.

Peaceful and cozy. This is one of my favorite local coffee shops. I love coming here just to enjoy a good drink and read a book or work for a few hours. The staff is knowledgeable about the menu, friendly, and always have good recommendations for new drinks to try.

I like Caribou in general, but this particular store is awful. Rude manager and dimwitted, unknowledgeable staff at this location. Avoid this one and go to the one on East Hampden instead, the staff there is friendly and create awesome beverages.

Have had problems in the past such as cold bagels, them being out of ingredients, and overcrowding, but today was the last time we will visit. Ignored and had other customers allowed to cut in front of us while waiting 15 minutes to order.

Unfortunately not all coffee shops are created equal, even within a chain. This one is one of the good ones! Great tasting latte, friendly staff, I can tell they pay attention to the quality of their brew! Highly recommend it.

I really enjoy the atmosphere, lots of space and tables to spread out on. Personally I like their coffee selection better than starbucks. Everyone who has helped me is really nice and talkative.
