Great food. Unfortunately everything else is terrible. Ive had atrocious service here numerous times, but today took the cake. To set the stage, the restaurant was not busy - it was in fact less than half full. Yet somehow with only about 8 tables seated, the staff of 5 or 6 couldnt manage to keep up. We sat with our menus shut for 10 minutes before flagging someone down to take our order - they never came back to us after seating us. The food I ordered came out wrong despite the server coming back to confirm the order 10 minutes after I placed it to make sure they did it right. I ordered my food hot and there was precisely zero use of any spice in it whatsoever. That double-checking was the only contact we had with our server the entire time we were there. When we were done, we were asked after a bit of a wait if we needed anything, and asked for the check. 10 minutes go by and no check - they had forgotten. We actually had to get up from our table and go find someone to get our check. On a separate visit, my other half actually had raw chicken served to her. How does that even happen? Ive never in my life seen both wait and kitchen staff care so incredibly little that theyve made me feel invisible.

Worst service I have ever experienced. We were given a table and after waiting for 20 mins we called out one of the staff members to see if they would bother to take our order, then finally they did. We ordered a drink, a starter and 2 entrees. We got the drink with in 5 min from ordering. Then came out the entree which was passed to 4 tables and then finally to our table (where the order was actually made) , by this time the food was already cold. We have not recieved our starter or the other entree yet and it was 40 min by now that we have made an order. By then we got frustrated and asked the person at the Register to cancel rest of the order and give us a box so that we can take home the cold food we were served. 10 min later, no one still showed up at our table, so we went back to the register and paid the amout for the food we did not eat or have taken home. What made me feel bad the most was that no one apologized or even cared to say anything. I will never be going back and will not let any of the people I know go there either.

I have been going to this restaurant since it started and the food used to be really good. At one point of time I felt I found a solution for my cravings for south Indian food. I used to bring every friend of mine whom so ever visits me to this place and almost all of them used to praise the quality of food. As I was in India for the past 6 months I didnt get a chance to visit this place. I visited this place a month back and I was disappointed with the food. I thought that it was a mistake on some ones part and I came here again today. Utappam was sour, chutney was tasteless, sambar was bad and samosa chat was a disaster. I am typing this from the restaurant, understand my frustration. I am sad to say that I will never visit this place again!!

- Servers and cooks are "NOT SURE" whether the food served is gluten-free or not. Which is really shocking. Once cannot be serving food when they are unsure about the ingredients. - The lunch buffet was floating in oil , loaded with spices - The diners were loading their plates as soon as bread arrived from the kitchen because of which others had to wait endlessly. Have never seen such behaviour anywhere. Our toddler found the food really hot so the indian flatbread was the only escape. But, as others literally looted those, we fed our little-one fruits and left the place - Will NOT recommend it to others unless the management works on the above feedback

Good authentic Indian food for a reasonable price. HOWEVER, SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. Nobody came to see if we needed something else (like a refill), we had to flag waiting staff to come over. Finished plates and empty dishes were never picked up. When we got dessert, staff found a few empty spots and plunked dessert down. I told them to clean up, they picked up a few plates, made a little bit more room and then left the rest still on the table - even though it was obvious that we were done with the main dishes. Toilets were disgusting and hadnt been cleaned in a while. Most truckstops have cleaner toilets. I will not return.

Update 5/7/2016 Better chicken greaaat ...... Ive been here for several times. Lunch buffet: Weekend: curry fish was good plus the goat thing. Weekday: like any other Indian buffet except better than Indian express or little India. DINNER: things I liked: Shrimp teka masala Chicken butter Beryany lamb and vegi Chicken teka These are good If I will take a star off it will be because the spicy level, here is the thing Indian food is spicy and sometimes I order medium and their medium I feel it very spicy. U cant complain about spicy when u think of Indian food

The customer service at this place is very bad (perhaps borderlining on horrid) and the folks that run the place are quite rude. The only saving grace really is the food but even that may not mean much if your order is messed up, especially on a consistent basis. Ordered a vegetarian dish in the restaurant only to get one filled with meat. I think this place has got potential once it gets its act together. But be warned, always look closely at what you are getting.

Even 1 star it too much for these people Ordered food at 12:13 pm - called at 1 pm , they said the delivery guy is on his way. Did not arrive till 1:30 pm . While on the phone , these are the gems i got to hear from them: we have a buffet so your order is not our priority It takes at least 70 minutes for order to reach - this is normal time that is required When i asked for my money back they said contact Beyond Menu - this is not our problem

The food is really good here. The daal shorba was especially outstanding - just the right spice, fresh ingredients - you could actually taste the fresh herbs. Their specialty is south Indian food - in particular, the "dosa" - and they have several varieties. We did have some trouble communicating with the wait staff, but they are from India, so thats a good thing, in the end.

This is my favorite place for India food! Unlimited Dosas & Iddlies for Buffet! Their chutneys (tomato, coconut) are soo yummy! Sambar is amazingly delicious. These combinations are Heaven for the South India Food Lovers! Goat meat is served for lunch buffet on Fridays. My favorite! This restaurant has been here only for about a year and has become my favorite place!!

great place for good lip smacking veg/non-veg south indian fare . their weekend buffet is the highlight with a lot of variety of tasty dishes that you can try if you are not familiar with the cuisine . food is nice and spicy for the indian palette . be careful if you cannot handle spicy food . get a glass of the plain/salted/mango lassi to quench the burn !
