My family of 7 celebrated my husbands retirement and a visit of out town guests on Sunday, March 1, 2015. We chose your restaurant because it included crab legs and shrimp and was recommended by friends. Most of the food was very good, but twice during our visit, we had to wait more than 10 minutes for the crab legs to be replenished, even after asking the waitstaff. When the bill came, we were surprised to see that we were AUTOMATICALLY charged an 18% gratuity fee. While the waitstaff was very nice, we felt that was a little high for a buffet service. I do not believe that gratuity fee was posted anywhere. I think we all would have had a much more enjoyable experience for our special occasion if we felt we got our moneys worth. I am not sure if we will visit your restaurant again or recommend it.

The food was good, but the service was simply unsatisfactory. The waiter spilled Mimosas on my wife. The manager offered to pay for the dry cleaning, but it ruined her Mothers Day brunch. I should have asked for a brunch comp (shame on me). My wife asked for water twice; never got any. We had to stack up dirty plates, because it took them so long to clean the tables. We had a group of eight, so they automatically added an 18% gratuity...for a buffet? We also didnt get seated until 1:15-20 pm, with a 1:00 reservation. After a nice experience last year, today was utterly disappointing. We will not be going back there again.
