Heres the deal. Some people complain that this place is only open till 4pm so you cant eat dinner, but honestly its a lunch food. They dont serve full meals. its technically a sandwich. why would you eat that for dinner? They dont serve fries, you can get chips.. but really all you get with the burger is a slice of pickle. Its great, Its a good portion for lunch.. if you feel that you need more than that, then you are over eating and you need to rethink your diet. And yeah, it doesnt pack a whole lot of flavor in your mouth.. thats what the sauces are for! The Lauer kraut brand of sauce is delicious and compliments the burger very nicely. I really like the pepper jack Kraut Burger. once again, youve gotta have it with the sauce on it. I didnt try the brownie, but I will next time I go. The staff and owners are super friendly and really accommodating. The place is clean.. small, but clean. Its a great place to have lunch and I am proud to support local businesses.

Went to grab my first ever kraut burger and while I was there I got a piece of rhubarb cake (while Im at it why not try two things right?). Kraut burger was good. I didnt dip in mustard but just read thats good so Ill try it next time but ... OMG!!! I didnt get to the piece of rhubarb cake until after dinner that night and it was MIND BLOWING good. The kind of good where you stop and slowly savor each bite. If you check out their website they have a different dessert each day. I will be stalking their website for the next opportunity to grab that cake. I dont even like cake and Im not crazy about rhubarb but WOW. I cant wait until my MIL comes back into town (shes a total foodie and a fan of food network) but I will be sure to bring her on rhubarb day if possible. I even learned how to spell rhubarb to write this review. Ok, yes, I should try the other desserts too but if they are all this good Im in big big trouble. Also, the folks there are super nice. :)

I had to go to this place because I am a very devout TripleD supporter, I have never been let down. When I watched the episode on this place I HAD to go. I got in the car and my mother with me and drve and hour just to get there. I was so excited. Then I bit into the burger....... Way too much and too large was the abundance of pepper. It was bland, even with cheese in it. I tried one with and one without. It was dry, so was the german chocolate brownie. I was very disappointed and I will unfortunately not be recommending it to anyone. The potatoe soup was really good though. I felt like I had wasted gas, and thats not good. I would eat there over McDonalds but only if I was in Brighton and it was before 4pm, since thats when they close.

Saw the Triple D show, and on our next visit to relatives in Denver, we went. Ive been back twice more, since moving to Denver. Local relatives go regularly. The burgers are very good, but unique. Its only open for lunch, but everything they serve has their own unique spin and is quite delicious. The BEST thing on the menu is their soups. Each day is a different soup. Each is delicious, Bean, Chicken Noodle,,.. but the best is the Potato. its magnificent. Their potato salad is also incredible.

Whats not to love here. Great and unique Kraut Burgers that never disappoint. I would frequent more often and up my rating to a 5 star if only they made some sort on non-meat Kraut Burger so that I could take my wife. Another quaint, local eatery that is worth a visit if youre in the neighborhood.

The menu is pretty limited. I expected to have a German sausage but it was seasoned ground meat. Portions are large, prices inexpensive. It was good, but not what I expected for an authentic German food. Service was great, everyone was friendly
