Tried The Paragon for breakfast today. Had the veggie omelette which was quite good. Coffee was pretty watered down tasting but what really got me was how freaking hot it was inside the restaurant. It was easily 80 degrees and I was dripping sweat by the end of the meal (despite it being 40 degrees and snowing outside). I walked out into the snow with no jacket on after our meal. I was that overheated. Not sure if the thermostat was maybe malfunctioning or...??? Will probably try this place again as there were a lot of items on the menu that sounded delicious and hopefully it wont be so hot next time!

This is a great spot for breakfast. They have an extensive menu, and their servings are generous. On this trip, I had the steak and eggs special, which were both cooked to order perfectly. Their breakfast potatoes are also quite tasty, and the service was great. I definitely recommend checking out The Paragon.

I really enjoy this breakfast spot. Easy, no thrills, hearty breakfast. Just started eating from their lunch menu as well. Their cook knows how to cook crispy bacon (fellow crispy eaters, you know what I mean). I enjoy their pancakes, as well as their croissant turkey sandwich. Excellent fries too!

I would classify the food here as diner food. Its the way they used to make breakfast at diner places. The wait staff is always friendly and helpful and food is quick. Never had lunch just breakfast.

The food was great, the biscuits were reminiscent of my grandmothers, the bacon was crispy and the servers are on top of their game. I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere at 7am and the staff was friendly.

I have to say Paragon has the best Gyros in town the only thing I was not very happy with is that I had an awful time finding out their hours and even thought that they had closed down the place

The first thing my husband said biting into his buscuits and gravy was "omg. You have to try this". It melted in my mouth it was so good. I will go back soon
