Waitress constantly forgot things. She forgot my friends beer until he got pissed off amd asked for a soda and then forgot that. She took our food orders and brought everyone food but mine. I asked then about my food and she went back to the kitchen. My friends all ate and then gave them their bills. I asked about my burger again and then she walked off. The manager brings my burger in a to go box because its after close with a bill expecting me to pay for my burger. I told the manager that this burger should be comped because she forgot my order and the manager said " I was told that you didnt order your food with everyone else which is why your burger was late." At that point my whole table kindly informed her that that was not the case. And it was clear that the waitress lied to the manager to not look bad. So eventually I get a proper tab just paying for my beer. And I paid cash and asked for my change back. When the waitress brings me my change she shorted me $2 i call her out on it. And she says the bill was 8.50 and i paid with a 10. But it was 6.50 and i paid with a 10. So thats the second time she got caught lying. Then my friend speaks up and we come to find out that she just tried to walk away with an 11$ tip on his 9$ tab. She didnt even ask if he wanted change.

The décor was cabin like with rustic wood floods and furniture. I also enjoyed the comfortable moose print cushions on the high top tables. The young girls are great looking in tiny shorts, bikini tops, and festive boots. Twin Peaks restaurants are known for their ‘scenic views.’ The girls are sensational looking and attentive. Although it is only the first week that they are open the ladies seemed experienced and offered great menu choices. Similar restaurants often make females feel out of place but this particular location had a friendly atmosphere and I felt at home. The flavors in the food exceeded my expectations. I was particularly fond of the pulled pork nachos and country fried steak. Colorado is the healthiest state in the United States, but clearly Twin Peaks was not competent enough to research their demographics. The menu does not have a single healthy option! I would suggest adding a hummus platter to the menu, perhaps under appetizers. I was lucky to find the location because they don’t have a sign. The lighting and parking are both ideal. I would recommend this restaurant for the atmosphere and drinks, however I don’t know if I could suggest driving this far for the food.

Can you give less than 1 star? Walked in, waited to be sat. After everyone else that came in behind me was sat, hoat gets on phone and starts txting. After a minute she asks have you been helped. I let her know I have not, and would perfer to sit at bar as I am 1 person. She finds me seat. I wait 20 minutes, next to the well, for anyone ti evrn acknowledge Im there. Its 2:30, and not even slightly busy. After 20 minutes go by finally greated by bartender. Order drinks, wait a few more minutes for bartender to serve me(pop a beer cap takrs 1 second and beer tub is in front of where i am sitting) when the beer finally come I have to ask for a menu before she runs away. Menu finally brought over and then I turn invisible apparently. Another loner comes in sits next to me, is there for 10 seconds and has 2 bartenders asking for drinks and menu and food order, while I am sitting inches from him ready to order for 5+ minutes at this point. Do I get service and asked if Im ready to order, or any acknowledgement that im there, no. Close out, left a dollar for my 1 beer, which I should not have done.

Had a long day working and needed to pop in for dinner before getting back to work to meet some deadlines. Hostess was chatting up someone. Took a while before she realized I was there. After having a hard time figuring out where to put a table of one in a half-empty restaurant she drops me in the corner by the kitchen. Manager and wait staff are going back and forth without acknowledging. I look at the menu. I watch a little tv. I check phone for some emails. 15 minutes pass. I get up to leave. Im half way through the restaurant and the manager passes and she furrows her brow and asks if Ive been helped. I respond, "no." She starts to try to keep me and I tell her, "I waited 15 minutes. Why would I stay?" She tried to respond buti told her, "not today." Now, I dont believe in one and done. But here is a big strike. Water didnt even get to the table.

I used to go to this place regularly, at least once or twice a week. A bout 2 years ago I would rate this place a 9 or 10 out of 10 on every visit, however I have slowed way down on my visits, partly because I live closer to the Arapahoe location, and partly because of service issues. On 2 of my last 3 visits I was placed at the worst table in the house. I had never seen this table used before this except when there is a long wait to be seated. The two times I was placed at this bad table there were hardly any guests in the place. It was not even close to being necessary to use this table and I feel insulted! I will only be back to use my free calandar coupons from now on. Save your money and go to Freddys if you dont have time to go to the other locations.

Over 8 minutes to get even acknowledged on a wednesday night with less than twenty patrons half of which were friends of the employees and got superb treatment. Ordered a brown beer got an ipa or at least a pale ale, ticket showed it too but bar tender swears it was the brown. Once i got the menu it was new and of course that means lowered quantities on the appetizer ive ordered in previous weeks many times. Oh, they ran out of marinara sauce for my mozzarella bites. The normal bar tender and manager werent there, so the manager gave away free shots to all, ill pass at this point. Time to move on, try one of two new places that just opened near me.

This place is getting less and less appealing with every visit! Last time I went with a friend, we were charged for extra beer we never ordered. As if that wasnt crappy enough, I got a whole mug of beer spilled on me tonight (4-5-2017) by one of the waitresses in front of a large group of friends. It was awful and soaking wet! I was calm enough about it and didnt get upset, but at the same time she didnt seem too concerned about it at all. My friends thought the same thing. Neither she nor anyone else could even offer any kind of concessions or any thing for that matter. But its okay, I probably wont be going back anyway.

The service was excellent!!! Kayla did a fantastic job for us and she visited our table like 10 times during a busy Monday Night Broncos game on Sept 17th. The food was delicious and sweet tea was good too. TVs are everywhere. You can pick any seat in the house and you will have a high quality TV in your face!!! And of course the women waitresses are hot!!! I highly recommend. I will be a returning customer. And to all of the women reviewers on Google Review.....dont be hating, because you dont have good bodies that match up to the Twin Peaks Restaurant girls.
