Went to this place yesterday evening. First thing the server said was to give her a second. This was not a problem as we had just sat down and were not in any rush. When she came back to our table , she proceeded to tell us that she was the only server on and that she was swamped before even saying hello. Again , this was not an issue as we were not impatient. I then asked her for three things , a beer list , 2 Waters and happy hour menu. She told us she would get us the waters but she did say that she can have the other two items. I noticed beer list tents on the other tables. Ive been asked her if she had any gluten-free beers or ciders. She done told me that they did not have any gluten free beer and that they did have cider but from her knowledge they were not gluten free. Like wine , cider is innately gluten free. So the fact that she said that surprise me. So I said really? And her response was that they may be gluten-free but shes unsure because no one ever told her if they were or were not gluten free. And then she just walked away. She didnt tell me what ciders they had as someone who has been gluten-free for over 15 years , you do not need to tell me what is an is not gluten free. You just need to tell me what you have and I can make my own assessment from there. My point is she made us feel so unwelcome , that we walked out without trying the food or the drinks. It is too bad because I have been dying to try this place for the last year and my first experience was a bust. I own my own restaurant and I know how people should be treated. I would never treat anyone like this at my restaurant.

Went here for trivia and had a good time. But, since this review is for Mountain Tap and not DJ Trivia... The food was decent, beer selection mediocre, and wait staff terrible. They forgot our friends dessert and we didnt see a waitress for the last half of trivia (which was maybe an hour?). We probably could have left without paying our tab and noone would have noticed. We had to go to the bar and ask someone else for the check. Overall, a disappointing venue for a fun event.

Awesome. The great bartenders, excellent Greek fries and the multitude of things to keep you entertained keep me coming back to this bar every week. They have pool, darts, super-Jenga, cornhole, and a few other games to play with your friends or strangers that ensure you wont have a boring night out. Also: Wednesday night Trivia with prizes, Sunday night Karaoke, AND an "in the biz" discount for local service industry workers. Good stuff, would recommend to anyone.

If its sunday dont even bother stopping here. Sunday bartenders always kick you out to close by 12 regaurdless of the sign on the door saying that they are open till 2. Do yourself a favor and just go to piflers they will be happy to accept your money there. To owner. Its been happening every sunday i have come for months including the night i wrote the review. I wrote the review in your parking lot around 11 oclock.

Its a great pub, tenders are always friendly and the food is above par.Its a great local bar with pool and darts and pinball for the kids as well.Being an executive chef, the food menu could us a lift but it is always fresh and delicious!Great owner, tenders and atmosfier is consistent.Plenty of sports support, tvs are adequate.Definatly a good family and personal pub!

This is a great neighborhood tavern that my wife and I like to visit when it is time to get out of the house. They have reasonable prices for drinks and food and cater to the blue collar crowd. Many of their patrons, including us, return week after week, year after year. I am glad to have a friendly tavern in our neighborhood.

Great food and a place to hang out and watch football games! They have 2 pool tables and a place to play darts! Just recently remodeled throughout and the owner really cares about the customers! They just added a gas fire pit out on the patio! A+ rating!

This place is awesome! Doesnt seem like anything out of the ordinary at first glance, but the staff was amazing! Sarah and Dave are very attentive and seem to go above and beyond for their customers. I will definitely be back!

We call this place Mountain Trap because once youre there you never want to leave. Matt and Steve are great and i always feel right at home. Try the green chilli fries..theyre on the "secret" menu.
