This place could really benefit from learning the true meaning of customer service. Tonight my family of 7 came to the restaurant for dinner. As soon as we walked in we read a sign that said, "Please seat yourself" which was interesting because they had at least 9 tables with dirty plates and dishes covered in soy sauce and the other tables were being used. As the 7 of us were standing there searching for a table to sit at, the manager paces by us with the rudest and condescending tone of voice and said, "we have a 20 minute wait" which was completely fine. Most members of our family have worked in the restaurant industry and we could see the obvious amount of under staff. After our large group realized it would be quite difficult to get a clean table for 7, 4 members decided to leave and go to this amazing Mexican restaurant near by. So only 3 of us were left waiting, and we decided to seat ourselves (like the sign and hostess said) at the LEAST dirtiest table we could find. As we sat there chatting (knowing we wouldnt be served for at least another 20 minutes) the same man who screamed at us when we walked in, came up to our table and said (again, the rude unwelcoming disturbed tone of voice) "you all have to stand because we are on a 25 minute wait and you cant wait at this table" and at that point we were disgusted in how demeaning he spoke to us, so we decided to join our family and enjoy a meal at the Casa Sanchez . Which ended up being amazing and highly recommend!

We had a couple different rolls and most were good. Tri-sarah-tops was probably the best one out of the bunch. Nothing on the menu other than sushi, a few appetizers, and some rice bowls for kids. The rice is simply platoon white rice. Teriyaki chicken is just grilled chicken with some teriyaki sauce. Make sure they arent too busy when h you walk in. We waited over 20 minutes for drink refills.

For all Copper does well, this is not amongst those things. Customer service at this restaurant is appalling. I forgave it once and made the mistake of going again. Same to worse experience. If youre ok paying high prices for mediocre sushi and terrible treatment, go for it. Bummer because it would be so awesome to had a good sushi spot on the mountain.

This is the best sushi I have ever had. We couldnt stop eating and ordering more rolls. The staff in very friendly and kind, and made sure we had everything we needed. I would personally drive to copper mountain just to eat here.

Friendly staff. Super slow service.... Doesnt take an hour to make 3 rolls. Moderately slow Monday night. Sushi sucked too. Do not order the spider roll, Cold soggy fried crab. Which they took off our bill.

This is what you get is a small mountain town. Slow service, mediocre food and they hit us with a 22% tip because we had a party of 7. Too bad the only had 2 sake glasses for us...

Drinks and food were great. I had a poke and and a ginger salad that were tasty and actually a surprise based on some of the reviews.

The staff were helpful. Unfortunately, the sushi is a bit hit and miss. I recommend the freshwater eel rolls (assuming theyre fresh).

Yes. Bento box is delicious and cheap for lunch! Miso soup is as close to miso in Japan as Ive come in years. Great location.
