When I tell you reviews dont lie! I shouldve listened when I read them. I wanted China Wok, but they dont deliver where I live & Im new to the area and this was one of the delivery flyers I received in our welcome kit, so I thought Id give it a try. Food was delivered super fast. . .faster than can be cooked so that means it was sitting and thrown in bags. No quality or freshness whatsoever. Everything was extremely salty and or dry/burnt, cold, and had an unusual aroma (not in a good way). I was also overcharged by $10; after calling to inquire about it, I discovered the delivery girl decided to forge a tip smh. From now on, Ill just google maps and make that drive to China Wok where I know the food is quality and fresh & they are not desperate for extra money crooks. They deliver to post, but not to Fountain and that is unfortunate. Im mad I wasted my money here. Never again. Do yourself a favor and refrain from eating here. Have no clue how theyre in business. Owner was nice and insisted they make their food fresh. It must be fresh cold leftovers because that food didnt even have any steam from when food is freshly made and my delivery was in less than 10 minutes. You cant cook a $30 order with wings included and package and deliver that quickly. That is all...

This is the absolutely worst place to order from I have ever dealt with. I have given them two chances and both times there was issues with my order the first time they forgot my hot and sour soup which is no big deal whatever the second time I came back and got my free hot and sour soup and asked for spring rolls Im used to spring rolls being small wrapped fried rolls and these are raw wrapped in plastic and just absolutely disgusting I called and she just said theres three theres three this is my spring roll blah blah blah blah blah and Ive never gotten a spring roll like that and Ive lived in three different states and ordered from multiple Chinese food places and actually worked and one at one point. The customer service is absolutely terrible and the owner speaks absolutely no English whatsoever. I wasted $10 on food that wasnt right and half of the ended up in the bag and in my car. Do not order from this place they are a terribly ran business Dragon King restaurant is 1000 times better and theyre worth the money.

Szechuan Panda was once a Vietnamese restaurant named An Nam. An Nam was perfect, but once they sold to an employee the name was changed to Szechuan Panda. So, after years of boycotting Szechuan Panda, because of our love for An Nam, we finally gave in and placed an online order. That was the best part of the meal. I am so disappointed in the preparation and presentation of this food. We spent $96 for our take out and ordered both Chinese and Vietnamese food. The Chinese food was okay, but its flavoring was a bit off. The Vietnamese food on the other hand was largely inedible. The Vietnamese egg rolls were overcooked and looked like it had freezer burn. We paid $14 for the egg rolls alone. The bun dac biet had scorched beef and the vegetables (iceberg lettuce and cucumbers only) were buried under the rice noodles. Absolutely dumbfounded how a restaurant could serve such food. I actually took pictures because I couldnt believe what I was looking at. Oh, what this place could have been.

Well Liam (my 15 month old son) is now is sitting at the table gagging because his mama gagged so hard she threw up... Conversation I just had with Szechuan Panda: "I just ordered food from you for delivery. There were two bugs in my Moo Goo Gai Pan. One was alive." "Something was wrong with your food?" "There were bugs in it." "Something wrong?" "Bugs. In. My. Food. Black ones." "Hold one second please" "You food not right?" (new voice. A little better English) "There were bugs in my food." "Oh. That again. I give you free egg roll next order." "Ive never complained before." "What?" "You said again. Ive never complained before." "No. No. Not you. Other person complain. Free egg roll. Next time you get delivery. Ok. Ok." Hangs up. So... yeah. Liam only ate the broccoli out of it. So he is now munching on cheese sticks and granola bars. Me, well I am nauseated.

Never ordering again. The phone service was completely unprofessional, and the food tasted like roadkill, absolutely no quality in the meat. When asked what number to call I gave them my husbands number because I was turning mine off. They told me 40 minutes and couldnt tell me how much it would be. An hour later or food still had not arrived but we hadnt received a phone call explaining why so I turn my phone on and see that they had called twice, regardless of the number I gave them. When returning the call they couldnt tell me why they called and told us it would be another 15 minutes on top of the hour that we had already waited. When the delivery guy finally arrived he smelled like pot and the food was cold and the amount of food they give you is not with the price.

We ordered food and were told it would be 40-50 minutes for delivery. After an hour I called and was told it was on its way. 45 minutes later I called back. The first driver had been turned away at the gate (Fort Carson) and they were sending a second driver. We spent $40 on this meal. I told them Id like refund because I didnt pay that much money for Chinese food thats an hour late. First she argued with me then relented and agreed to a refund. We waited some more. My husband called and was told it would be a few minutes. 30 Minutes later he calls AGAIN to be told we had cancelled our order. Supposedly its now on its way and will be here in 30 minutes. This place is a joke. This place is a rip off. This place should be black listed from Post.

This was a very bad dinner decision.Mothers day dinner gone bad, The food was absolutely poor quality, lack of seasoning, and not fully cooked as order 4 main dishes, the rice was very hard as in under cooked. Our order as not complete when received as well as late. The items missed was delivered over 50 minutes later. We complained to management LEE and Roy and they were very uncooperative in giving any refunds or credits to us at all.. In fact they had terminated my call on 3 occasions hanging up on me each time. Agreed to a full refund as we sent the food back. Still havent seen this refund. But I guarantee will obtain. 1 Star post only because we can give them 0

My 3 kids and I ate here and had the lunch specials today. We were the ONLY people in the restaurant (hmmm... I wonder why). The interior was really old and icky looking. My daughters Orange Chicken was excellent, soups were good, but my other 2 kids meat in their chicken and beef Lo Mein had no flavor at all. My Lemon Chicken was rubbery and hard on the ends, but the portions of food were big. The waiter wasnt hardly friendly or personable AT ALL. Id rate this place a 4 of it werent for the waiters serious mood and drab personality. That pretty much ruined it for me; therefore I wont be eating here again.
