I have gone to this location for almost 2 years now Ive never had any problems until today some chick named Audrey was standing there with an attitude problem that she should have checked at the door if she doesnt like this job she needs to quit. I asked for a simple request that Ive gotten several times before Ive gotten it at that location and other locations. She was standing there with her hands on her hips the whole time and kept interrupting me while I was ordering she assumed she knew what I was trying to order and she was dead wrong, she made it very clear that she had no intension of ever letting me finish my order or let me even speak how in the world can you know what Im trying to order so she assumed making an ass out of herself, it was something simple all I wanted was legs and thighs for their Box Meal and Ive gotten it several times there and over locations but she seem to have a problem with it I have a feeling that she was eating the product thats why I couldnt get my legs and thighs she was to lazy to make more at lunch time. I called that location today after I once again went to another location and got the same thing before and I told her I didnt know what her problem was and she hung up like a child well shes a snowflake she cant handle it when shes wrong has no problem dishing out her attitude but she sure as hell doesnt like getting it back, word of the wise Audrey dont start anything with customers if you cant handle the backlash. And lady you are in the business of customer service if you cant leave your attitude at the door then you shouldnt be working in customer service at all.

I usually go to the Popeyes off of 85/87 here in Fountain, Colorado. I ordered the 11 piece but they didnt know how to use the register, so I changed it to 12 piece family meal. I was waited on by a troop of young teenagers that were so new they still didnt know what buttons to push or how to fill the ketchup packets. I could see the manager sitting at a small desk surfing the net and eating without a glance around. She even seemed upset when I sent the young lady to ask her a question. They tried very hard to understand what was needed by the 7 separate orders and people waiting for them. I kept trying to keep it light with them calming them but there nerves were frazzled. I was talking to 3 other adults about us all watching the MANAGER (Stephanie) look less and less interested in helping. We stood there for 45 minutes for our meals and one lady left with a refund and a free meal. When this manager came back to life all she did was help with finding a box for one young man giving me my food. What ever she said to him made him more nerves. SO, I checked my food before I left and found he messed up my mash potatoes with NO gravy. He ended up giving me 2 new containers full of only gravy, I laughed and tried again to make light of it. He then gave me 2 more mash with gravy, it was fun for me so I kept smiling which kept him grounded. He then gave me what I needed and I left watching 1 of the original 7 adults still waiting on food, remember I was first in line at the time. We always go to the same place, but I am truly considering just going across the street to KFC.

STILL WAITING AFTER 30min. I ordered one sandwich. Im in the drive through waiting for over a half hour!?? I want my money back and will never ever ever come to this location again. I cannot believe this. Update after going in to get my money back Zero. I cannot believe I waited for 35 minutes for a sandwich. When I go in from waiting in my car(oh yeah it was drive thru!) I was told that I needed my receipt which was never given to me. The young girl who called herself the manager would not give me my food or my money back until I fought tooth and nail with her. And then they found my receipt for my order that was never made! Still it took another ten minutes for Audrey (the so called manager) to give me my money back because her employees had to hold her back from hitting me. Thats right. Actually trying to physically fight me. They wouldnt even hand me my money. I had to pry it from one of the young kids hands at the door. This company is a joke. Your customer service is a joke. I will never spend my money with this company again.

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered tonight and when normally go this Popeyes occasionally. I ordered a pretty large order so I paid and the cashier at the window asked me if I could pull off to the side which is fine, but she decided to ask me this all while holding my card and FORGETTING she never gave me my card back so I had to ask for it back. (Which mind you never in my life have I ever had to do that!). I waited for about 20 minutes for my food, I asked the lady then if I could get my receipt she looked at me and said with a snobby attitude they shouldve given it to you at the drive through well no they didnt. After finally getting my receipt low and behold they forgot my sweet tea so I went inside to find a manager and just make her aware of my experience. Well she didnt care one bit and offered me another sweet tea.

This place is HORRIBLE. The management should be downright embarrassed! Not only did we wait in the drive thru line for more than 10 minutes before we could even place our order, but they got our order wrong AND we had to pull off to the side and wait 20 minutes for just two kids meals! When they finally brought our food out, the woman doing so acted as if I was the biggest pain in her side...they also failed to provide spoons and straws- both of which we needed. The worst part- the vehicle who was pulled up waiting for their food before wed even placed our order was STILL THERE when we left! Absolutely ridiculous.

Food was delivered quick - about the only good thing. We thankfully pulled into a parking spot to check the bag, no napkins or silverware, also missing the extra cole slaw we purchased. I had the chicken strips (spicy) - very very bland and mostly breading. My husband got a chicken sandwich (spicy) which was also very bland. The mashed potatos were okay, cole slaw not very good. They advertise that they are better than KFC, but they definitely are not. This was by far the worst food I have had at a Popeyes

Bought a 5 pc chicken strip basket and and 3 pieces about an inch and a half in length. The meal was not worth the $9. The manager told me she couldnt handle it when I brought my order up to complain. Then the cashier told me that all the chicken strips were little and theres bothing she could do about it. I asked for my money back because the customer service was terrible. typically I love popeyes, but the crew working today will be my reason for not coming to this store again.
