I took two bites out of the Nashville chicken, didnt like it. No big deal I thought, just my tastebuds. I went to order two regular pieces of chicken. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come take my order. I had to call the restaurant to ask if someone could come to the register to take my order. Actually had to call the restaurant. By this time, I was so pissed I just threw my whole meal away and walked out. I will never return.

Horrible! I wish I could give it no stars! I hate going to this location. I ordered a zinger sandwhich fill up and it took 26 minutes after I was told it would be a 3 minute wait. The manger was rude and offered nothing, not even an apology for the inconvenience. Worst KFC. Go off post to the one on Academy!

Will not return here, went through the drive through... didnt get my soda, got half an order of popcorn chicken instead of all of it, asked for green beans and Mac n cheese and got potatoes and coleslaw and didnt get any of my biscuits... after having to explain my order two times...

The customer service was horrible. The food was absolutely the worst I have ever eaten at a KFC. I plan on contacting their corporate offices to officially complain. Its sad when you see a company just not care about its service or food quality.

Food was good and restaurant area was clean but they did not get the order correct. They did not hesitate to correct the error and I was pleased overall with the experience. I would recommend to anyone that this is a good place to visit.

Worst KFC I have experienced multiple times. This time the family meal was wrong, no Mac or Cole slaw. Chicken was red inside, but looked burnt and greasy. Last time wasting my money on this place.
