Hair in food, multiple times. Second time in less than a month my meal has had a disgusting hair in it...... They are normally pretty good, but wow, someone in there needs hair nets or something. First time it was in a chicken nugget....and it didnt seem like a hair off your head.....utterly disgusting to say the least. All they did was give me another 8 piece meal, I did not feel satisfied....and thought hard about never going back. But I love chick-fil-a, and of course came back, a few weeks later, todays date. Another dark black short hair found in my waffle fries :( im not sure ill be able to give this location my business anymore which saddens me.

We visited Chick Fil A tonight and had a very emotional scaring experience. Its one thing to have a bad employee that doesnt value customer service but today we encountered some of the worst customer service Ive seen and it was from the OWNER. We were waiting to get a refill during a non busy night and the owner completely neglected serving us and continued to help other customers. When we asked polity for a refill he looked up at and then walked away (we were a foot a way from him and it was an easy task). My family and I go to Chick Fil A once every week or two and this is just unacceptable to see from an owner.

The lines may be long and the place can be overcrowded but everyone that works at this Chic fil a work very hard and they will make it right if there is something wrong. They are speedy and efficient. If you dine in they will make sure everything is good and that youre having a good time. If youre going through the drive thru then you may have to wait or you may not have to wait but they work very quickly to get you through the rush hour. This team is a great one and they work well together...all of you work very hard and deserve that recognition. Thank you!!!!

I typically wouldnt review a fast food restaraunt. Fast food is fast food and you get what you pay for. This particular restaraunt is an exception, however. Unlike most fast food restaraunts this location has plentiful staff to handle an extremely high demand. They even had a staff member in the parking lot directing traffic. Every single register had someone working with a smile. In short, this location is the model of efficiency. Are they slammed at lunch? Absolutely, but youll probably get served faster and with better service.

We went through the drive through to get our family a late dinner. The boy working the window had to be reminded to get our sauces and then our milks. (Thankfully we remembered.) Things got very awkward when a manager that looked about 12 was scolding the employees with the open window and in front of other customers at the counter. My salad took forever. (?) When I finally got to eat it, I realized too late I had the wrong one. And one I could not eat! A disaster! And I was left very hungry.

This place is freaking busy and freaking fast! Everytime Im here I see a drive through line wrapped twice around the building and the line inside is packed, but I always end up with my sandwich in no time at all. During peak hours this places is fully staffed and the employees never have an attitude (take note Potbellys!) there was even a lady walking around the restaurant giving out mints and napkins/utensils to guests. Excellent service!

Despite this being a very busy location they always seem to be able to handle the volume without issues and make the wait time during peak to be reasonable and they dont compromise on quality to do that either! I loved going here on my lunch break when I worked in the area because even if I only had 30min I knew I could still get my food and eat it here before my time was up. I honestly dont know how they do it its mind boggling.

If you want your credit card stolen along with your identity....This is your spot! Went through the drive thru, I was distracted(my bad) the drive thru dick did not give me my card back, I realized this about five minutes after I left, called the store immediately and shockingly they had no idea where my card was (I have not left my vehicle!) Assholes!!

I love this place, its a great place to take the little ones, the play equipment is always well maintained and it is always clean. The staff is friendly and the food always seems fresh. However.. I absolutely HATE the parking lot.. I really dont understand why it was designed the way it was.. The lot is so bad that I usually park in the next lot over.

Just like every other Chick-fil-a, beware during lunch hours. When I went, the line for the drive thru wrapped around the building and they had someone directing traffic. We went inside and there wasnt a wait in the line whatsoever. Just hard to get in and out of the parking lot, if you can park across the street, Id highly recommend it.

OMG, these people are horrible. I was there couple months ago and got couple of meals and asked them no ice in my drinks got home realized that the cups were filled with ice I mean full of ice. I tried them again and come home and realize that I only got 2 fries out of four that paid for. Worst of all they dont even answer their phone!

This is a GREAT alternative to a burger. Even the base sandwich is really good. This place is clean and has the best service. It gets crowed quickly at lunch so I prefer to go to lunch on the earlier side to avoid congestion. If you do get there late no worries because they move you through fast.

As always GREAT food.. fast service and very polite server. Yep, I said server, because they care enough to ask how everything was and if we would like more drinks at our table. No other fast food restaurant appreciate you like they do. Keep up the great work, Chick fil a!

There was some confusion with the "new menu" but other than that, service was good. Ordered the fries "well done" but the order came out with regular fries (still good, just want to point out that did not get what I ordered) Overall good experience. Will still go back.

I usually love chick fil a. But this location wouldnt do a simple substitution that I have had done at almost a dozen other locations even after offering to pay extra. I have never been disappointed with a chick fil a before now. I wont be going back to this one.

Although this location was busy the have attendants that see to the ccustomers needs. If you need a straw, or if you need condements; they will get ot for you. If you need more napkins , ice in your drink they are there to make sure you are cared for .

Always good food. Friendly customer service but sometimes very short of staff. Some of the employees have one facial expression...kinda strange but hey...no other fast food can beat them in my book. Keep improving thats what the old man would do!

Great food, but their drive-through takes FOREVER. Ive waited 30+ minutes every single time I go for breakfast and there are maximum 5-6 cars in front of me. Its a crazy difference compared to every other Chick-fil-a Ive been to in the morning.
