They have messed up our take out & delivery orders repeatedly. The latest one convinced me not to return. After paying a $4 delivery fee because of the distance to our house, I found that they didnt include the wontons and that most of the sesame sauce spilled out of the styrofoam container. When I called, the guy told me that it was never ordered. He offered to bring them to me anyway. It was a super nice offer but I told him it was no big deal and to skip it. Within a minute I get a call from "the enforcer", the woman who likes to say no a lot. She tells me we are too far away and we wont get our wontons. "Ok" I say but did they know their styrofoam containers leaked badly? Speaking as a former chinese food delivery driver I recommended that they use a different container or at least wrap it in plastic too. She defensively told me that she didnt pack the order. I told her to pass it on for the good of the restaurant. No apologies, no concern from her. Their to-go menu does say they want feedback. I guess they dont really mean it. Numerous times we have had them forget to-go items or the dish has spilled in the bag. Once a sauce container punched thru the soup lid and ruined the soup. I never complained until now. The enforcer also has refused me in the past. Once the internet ordering system doubled an entree quantity. When I called to correct it, the enforcer flatly refused to cancel the extra entree. Im done being patient with them. Whats the point of large portions if they are packaged up badly and the service is brusk?

The business choices made by a very young gentlemen claiming to be the owner led me out the door, never to return. My pregnant wife sent me outside (19 degrees and snowing) to get her Thai Iced Tea. If anyone has ever had a kid, you that when the wife wants something; you get it... Quickly. Anywho after waiting for both employees to take multiple phone orders while I stand there waiting I finally get to order the tea. I pull out my credit card to pay. I saw the look on their face so I figured it was one of the last non-customer focused businesses out there still not accepted my American Express. I pulled out another card and they said they dont accept any credit cards for that low of a total. At this point I informed them that I am sorry but I simply just dont have any cash. He suggested I ordered more. I was shocked. At this point I reiterated I didnt have any cash and I politely let him know it was against his merchant agreement with the major card brands to deny taking payment. He was very rude and said I own the place and I can do what I want. I was even more shocked by the complete lack of business sense. At this point I left, and wont be returning. I am a bit bummed because this is one of the three places near me with mediocre Pho. Now when our favorite place, Thai Bao (best Pho in Denver) is closed on Sundays we are now down to two respectable places.

This doesnt even deserve 1 star. My mom and I ordered lunch to be delivered, when we received the food everything looked and smelled good. We ordered the chicken vermicelli noodle bowl that has the egg roll in with it. My mom was taking one of her last bites of the egg roll and bit down on something very hard. She spit it out and realized it was a little rock. We then opened up the rest of the egg roll and found another little rock. She called the restaurant to tell them about it. A lady answered and when my mom asked to speak to a manager she was told that there was no manager and that the owner never is there and can not speak English. The lady hung up so my mom called them back and asked again, then a man got on the phone and would not say if he was the manager or not and told her he would not refund the money and she can call her lawyer. The whole time on the phone my mom was being very polite and never said anything rude. I am writing this because in every way possible this is so wrong. I do not want anyone else to be eating rocks in their food and paying for it. We were treated so poorly and i have never had this horrible of customer service in my life, its disgusting. In the picture I have attached is my moms hand with the rocks in it and the plate that has the egg roll that we looked through underneath it

This place would totally get five stars if they served tendon as an option with their pho. Since they dont, I didnt order Pho which is why I came here in the first place. Happily, the service was excellent. The restaurant was very clean. Our food was hot and fresh. The portions were huge! Plenty for breakfast tomorrow. We had the basil chicken which was exceptional. Some of the best I have ever had and this is a favorite dish. Not too sweet. We also had barbecue pork fried rice so we can try the barbecue then it was very good as well. The Vietnamese egg roll and Taro boba tea were both also really tasty. We will come back.

Like other people here, I had a pretty awful delivery experience here. Ordered online, and waited about two hours rather than 45 minutes. I tried calling several times but it was always busy - I found out later they leave their phone off the hook. Eventually I drove over there and they had received my order but hadnt made it yet, so I waited more while they cooked it. After all that, I was ready to hate the food. But I couldnt, it was delicious. Best pho Ive had in recent memory. Huge portions too. Im ready to order from this place again, Ill just be sure to do pickup next time.

Worst customer service experience *ever*. Ive been going there for years. Ive put up with the extremely long waits, the mediocre food, the attitudes just out of convenience. That wont be happening any more. Dont even try to order delivery. We waited over two hours for our food. When we finally went to pick up our *ice cold* food they refused to give us any compensation for the terrible experience. Im appalled by how poorly they treat fellow humans. They were extremely disrespectful, rude and overall terrible.

Four tables already seated. We werent greeted when we came in, instead it seemed as if the waitress was catching up with the four tables. She carried two menus with her and called is over to a table where we told her we had another person on their way. It was about 8 minutes until everyone had a drink. After our appetizers our silverware was taken and not replenished. We didnt get serving silverware either. The food was typical but the environment and service left much to be desired.

I used to enjoy coming here until my last experience. The food wasnt too good more like dollar scoop with very little meat in each dish. I had brought my son with me to eat who started to look through the blinds another lady who wasnt my waitress started to yell at me saying if he damages anything I would be responsible for the costs. When he was merely looking outside. I will not be going back here Id rather get better food for a cheaper price at a near by dollar scoop.
