I attended a conference in Westminister, CO, and on three consecutive days had the same meal, one of my favorites, green curry chicken and hot green tea, at three different restaurants: Tuk Tuk Thai Bistro, East Moon Asian Bistro, and Thai House. East Moon Asian Bistro: 1 out of 5. Lowest of the 3 restaurants I went to. On the second day of my Conference, dined at the East Moon Asian Bistro. The East Moon Asian Bistro is where you take people to impress them. Excellent decore, numerous waiters, an overall upscale yuppy place. I again order a pot of green tea. A cup of green tea (not a pot) quickly arrived. A ceramic cup of hot water with a green tea bag. The cup had no handles and the hot water heated the cup so much that it could not be picked up, making it undrinkable for several minutes. In addition the cup had a chip on the rim which gave the possibility of cutting ones lip if you were not careful. This, along with the cup from the fires of hell, to me indicated that the staff was interested in quick turnover and neither the kitchen staff or the waiters had been trained to look for hazards that the restaurants choice of service dishes might pose. Hopefully this will place them on notice so that they can avoid a future incident of hot tea being dropped in a lap (shades of McDonalds) or a cut lip from not checking the dishes for decay and extreme use. The green curry sauce was thin again and I began to wonder if this is a Colorado style favorite. However the Huge Chunks of Tomato and large, numerous slices of purple onion convinced me that the cook did not know how to prepare green curry and simply tossed in whatever vegetable was available in the kitchen. Maybe the cook (not a chef) was trying to develop a new green curry recipe. If he was trying, he failed miserably. There was no choice of hotness level for the chicken green curry. What they were serving today was what you got. Could have used more heat.

ordered from this place tonight and while the delivery was fast...we got someone elses order. Our food was delivered in the typical brown bag with our receipt stapled to the bag...with our complete order on it (not just the prices but the actual names of the dishes listed). We ordered several orders of different sushi and ended up receiving chicken, soup, and rice. As soon as we realized the mistake, the delivery guy had booked it. We tried calling this restaurant only to end up listening to the typical ringing before being sent to the messaging service: "This mailbox is full, please hang up and try again." If a business is going to be up and running, it is highly unprofessional to not have a proper phone service or even have someone to answer the calls. My husband drove to the restaurant to be told by the rude staff that their phone were down, my husband asked me to call and their phone rang...they ignored it. He was then told the guy who got our ordered was able to call and complain. The manager casually said "Oh...yeah I got another missed call from your phone..." This place is highly unprofessional, extremely rude staff, and a complete waste of time. Avoid at all costs!

**Horrible** It took us an hour to get our food on a Thursday night. The the hot dinners were cold. One guests meat still felt frozen when biting into it - I didnt know they cook frozen dinners for you? Friday two charges showed up on my credit card that were completely unrelated. After playing phone tag for two days and getting the official promise of THE business owner that he would call me back, I had to go in and request to speak to him directly - guess what he wasnt there. I left my number because they promised a call back yet again. I called later that afternoon and the owner told me he would refund one of the charges. I expect better. After going through all that trouble just to get a credit back onto my card (which wasnt even my purchase) you would expect some sort of sincere apology; NO. This restaurant is the epitome of penny pinchers and horrendous customer service. This company DOES NOT value its customers and I highly advise you to steer clear if you want a great meal prepared for you in a reasonable amount of time. Delete review

I am a repeat customer, but they pretty much blew it with me - New Years Eve, I ordered takeout. When I got home and pulled it out of the bag, it was a completely wrong order - obviously someone elses (we got chicken...and we are vegetarians..and ordered tofu..and it clearly said so on the receipt). I kept the receipt, took photos that were time-stamped, and went back in a few days later (I wasnt going back out the same evening across town to deal with it..especially on New Years Eve) - and they said they would only give me 15% off on a future order. So, basically, we paid for food we did not order - I had receipt, photo proof, time-stamped, and I am a repeat customer...and they would not reimburse me, or even come close to fixing their screwup. Terrible way to take care of people that eat there often..and reflects a greedy management attitude. Probably wont be so repeat going forward, and will explore other alternatives. Too bad...their food is very good.

Horrible experience. I am new to the area and decided to try this place. After waiting over an hour for our food the driver called us 3 times because he was in the wrong place. We get our food and the pad thai was very cold, and looked like it was microwaved even the chicken was very rubbery, and over all the worst tasting pad thai I have ever had, im curious what was put in it, it was terrible and Im not even very picky. I also got the steamed egg rolls and was extremely disappointed they were completely raw, and tasted horrible, I think they forgot to cook them. The only thing we finished was the white rice and soy sauce. I felt obligated to write a review about this place. I dont know if they made something wrong or what but I threw 90% of our food away.

First time here. Ambiance is very nice. Ordered crispy spring rolls $4 the inside had a mushy texture. Signature dish Thai Spice Beef Tenderloin $18.50 It was good but it was more like $12 good. Signature dish One Night in Bangkok $17.50. It could have been great dish but the sauteed onions were extremely over salted. Pure salt sprinkled on food. I spoke to the waitress about it. During our conversation I mentioned 5 times it was very salty and extreamly bad. Never did she offer to take it back. All she said was that they dont taste the food they make. I wish they would so they know how bad it is. I paid $50 which included a tip and no drinks for a meal I did not like. Way over priced. I wont be back.

Updated review: The first time we went here the service was great. The food was just okay but the happy hour specials and service made up for it. We went back again a few months ago and the food was mediocre at best. We hoped it was just an off experience. We went back today and our egg rolls were frozen in the middle and the other dishes we ordered were flavorless. We let our server know about the egg rolls and she was super friendly and replaced them for us quickly. The sushi was okay, but the peanut curry and eggplant dishes were super bland and miso soup tasted watery and stale. Plus we both got stomach aches. Sorry to say that we wont be going back again.
