I have visited the Bistro more than one once and have not been disappointed yet! The staff has been very warm and welcoming as soon and you step foot inside. The décor is amazing; I can’t help but admire the thought that went in to every last detail (inside as well as outside). Today, I had lunch with my mother, so I have a fresh memory and a full stomach while writing this. We decided to sit out on the patio to enjoy the beautiful weather we are having! The entire setting was very welcoming and enjoyable to experience while we ate our meals. I ordered the Chilaquiles, which had pork, a red chili sauce, and pieces of corn tortilla (I believe). This was topped with two eggs cooked over easy, a white cream, cilantro, and onions. As soon as I mixed it all together and took my first bite, I was in love with this dish! The best way to describe this would be to say that there was an explosion of flavors happening all at once! It sounds scary and overwhelming, but it was anything but. I could taste a slight sweetness with a kick in the chili sauce, along with all the other spices. The cilantro was fresh and very flavorful with every few bites I took. I also enjoyed the fact that the pork was perfectly cooked, no toughness or too much fat (I’m not a huge pork fan normally). Everything about this dish was fantastic; I would be more than happy to order this again! My mother ordered a salmon flatbread that she found to be very fresh and all the flavors played well together. I wasn’t able to try this; she enjoyed this far too much to share! I was able to enjoy my meal in the sun, with light music playing in the background (not too soft or too loud), and the fresh scent of the flower beds near our table. It is safe to say I will be returning very soon to share this great place with family and friends! Thank you for all your hard work!

First time we went to Central was right after the first of the year because of a recommendation of a friend. I have to admit, living in farm country we usually eat your typical steak and potatoes that is served in most restaurants, so I was a bit skeptical about the food at Central, it was different than what I was used to. To my surprise the food was fantastic! I enjoyed everything that I ate. The atmosphere was nice and not too loud and crazy and the service was great, our water glasses were always full and the staff was always checking on us to see how everything was and if we needed anything. We left there knowing that we would return. We did return again during restaurant week and once again we were not disappointed. The food was wonderful and the service was great, we left saying we wanted to come back again soon. And we did, a week later to celebrate our daughters birthday. As in the past we got the same great food and service and because it was a birthday, they went above and beyond what most restaurants do and treated us all (not just the birthday girl) extra special. Since we live in northern Colorado we rarely go down into Denver for dinner, usually only on special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries but after dining at Central and enjoying the variety of great food we will be making that drive a little more often. I highly recommend going to Central Bistro to enjoy great food, atmosphere and service...you wont be disappointed.

After finally recovering from my NYE celebration, I thought I should share what a wonderful experience we had at Central Bistro NYE night. My husband and I were lucky enough to get reservations at 8pm which was the perfect time to arrive. We wanted to ring in the year at the party. When we arrived it was packed! Which is a good thing, because who wants to go to a NYE party that is not hoppin, right?! We were seated shortly thereafter. I have been a fan of this restaurant and have dined here several times but I think they really perfected the art of hosting a party. The set menu was to die for, they designed it like a passport from a different country. What an awesome idea. I am the pickiest eater (my husband would say annoying) and normally do not try new things. But everything on this menu, I tried, and I loved! I have been raving about it for the past few days. To top it off, the macaroon for dessert was to die for. Then the party really started! We danced till 1am and my feet are still recovering. Such a great night. Can not wait for next year!

The whole experience felt like I was preferred to not be a patron. Made reservations and grabbed a drink while I waited for a date, didnt want another drink right away so they charged me out, explained that I didnt make reservations to drink a single beer. Date arrives and we order dinner, waitress decides shed like to inform us after we get our food that theyd like to close early but for us to not feel rushed. REALLY? if you didnt want us to feel rushed you should have kept that to yourself, especially when you dont close for 30-45 min. We didnt finish our food, because of this and left to go some where more inviting. I wont ever be back and I wouldnt recommend eating here.

BEWARE OF DELIVERY. We spent over $60 on delivery last nite and the food was awful. It was all cold and mush! They use Door Step for their delivery service. When I called Central Bistro they basically took ZERO ownership and were unhelpful. The manager told me she would investigate and have the manager at Door Step call me back. That never happened and I figured the "blame the other business game"would just continue so I gave up. I have $60 of food that went straight to the trash. What a bummer and a terrible feeling!!! I will never be eating at Central Bistro or using Door Step for delivery ever again!

Central Bistro and Bar is great place for a "Girls Night Out", my girlfriends and I decided to try the restaurant after a night of Sipping and Painting. We all loved the atmosphere because of the amazing view and the staff treated us like royalty. Central Bistro is a great place to share food and try many of the different small plates they have to offer. We really enjoyed the raw vegetable salad, cheese curds, clams, and the Nutella waffle. All of the dishes we tried were amazing. Im excited to go back to Central to try the other dishes.

I love Central Bistro and Bar. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and is always willing to make recommendations if youre undecidedicated (since their menu has so many good options). The bar is extremely well stocked, and their selection of classic and updated cocktails is impressive. Their seasonal bottomless mimosas are definitely one of my favorite options from the drink menu. Over all, if youre looking for a good place for brunch, lunch, or dinner, with a good atmosphere in the heart of Denver, Id highly recommend this place.

Nice place to go for the occasional date. The food isnt bad. Not the greatest. Of course Im more of a southern style kind of guy. Just trying to branch out a bit. The atmosphere is pretty decent. If you like the upscale dress down bar with enough room to rub your crotch on the guy/female right next to you while everyone is yelling to the person 3 ft away from them, this place is it. Lol (exaggerated of course). Good luck finding parking. You may circle the block about 20 times before you find that great spot 3 blocks away.
