Third time in two weeks I have had a poor experience with this location. First time we had an order of small original wings Flats only half with Chipotle BBQ seasoning half with spicy garlic amungst a full order for 3 people. We received an order of Desert Heat Seasoning. Clearly not the Chipotle BBQ. upon letting the server know she responded by initially questioning if we knew what the Chipotle BBQ tasted like. We did, and let her know it wasnt anything like the Desert Heat. She scoffed and told us she would rush a new order out. We asked several times while eating the rest of our food about that status of these wings. We received a to go box after paying our bill something like minutes later with the correct wings. My next trip was togo, I ordered medium wings(15). I asked for 2/3rds naked and 1/3rd to have the Lemon Pepper Seasoning . I received a box that was marked as Lemon Pepper, its had naked wings in it. As well as a box with 10 naked wings. When I pointed this out, it was brought to my attention I requested them naked....So if that is the case one would assume they would give me the seasoning on the side. They did not. Then this evening, I called in a togo order att 11:34. This apparently may be a policy, but the kitchen has last call at 11:50. I understand I am pushing is, but just finishing work. Knowing this is one of my only options, I called. They let me know they would not be taking my order. AFTER TAKING MY ORDER!!

The service at this BWs is TERRIBLE. We visit this location often, and the service has slowly gotten better. But our visit on 9/23 was probably one of the worst. Took 20 minutes for waitress to greet us. It took another 15 minutes for us to bring us 2 waters, when we ordered 4. When I asked for the additional waters, she threw the straws on the table, rolled her eyes and walked away. My husband notified the manager who said she saw the whole thing. A new server was given to us, to only find out that she never even input our order. Everyone around us who arrived after us was served their food, and we waited a long time for ours, not to mention my child was crying that he was hungry. We did not even get an apology or offer of a discount. We will NEVER again visit this location.

The wings are decent - like every other BWW, but not good enough to make up for the service. Ive eaten in a couple of times, but usually take ou when I come here. Service is slow and unfriendly. Waited 20 minutes today for an order to be done that had been ordered 30 minutes before the pickup time. I was 4 minutes early, so Ill eat that time, but then waited 6 minutes for the wings to finish cooking and another 10 for the person at the front counter to finish cleaning the doors and giggling with the other wait staff. Its the last time Ill come here. My suggestions: 1) Hire someone else to clean doors - it should not be the same person handling peoples orders and getting drinks; 2) Dont come here on a time crunch - even if you order ahead.

Was seated quick and took order fairly quick. Unfortunately we waited 45 minutes for food, it was luke warm as if it were sitting under the heating light for the past 20 mins. The number of wings was incorrect. Another waiter was the only one that actually gave refills and seemed to be the only one working. Also noticed another table had been sat, waited, and brought their food out before our table. There were servers hanging out in the front chatting and some in the back corner not paying attention. At that point just before rush, there was at least 1 server per table. Really? Terrible service. Yet another place to cross off the list of decent places to go.

We have never had such a horrible experience like we have had the few times when we come in and literally walk right back out as soon as we "sit down". The longest that we have waited to be served was 30 minutes and as soon as those 30 minutes were up we walked out and our food was still not ready. They have a bunch of waiters standing around not doing their job. The only reason why we bother to stop by is because this is the closest Bdubs to our house. We have learned our lesson and now we rather drive an extra 5 miles to a better Buffalo wild wings were they have a better staff and faster service than deal with there poor service and rude staff.

We have been here 4 times since moving to Westminster each time we are disappointed. This last time our server Laurie was awesome! She is the only reason I give this location 3 stars. She didnt bother us too often, and she didnt leave us thirsty. AND she gave us a box that actually fit my leftovers! I always get stuck with those tiny boxes. The food was actually piping hot and the wings finally had a decent amount of sauce. I definitely wouldnt recommend this location due to typically slow service and low sauce on the wings, but wanted to make sure our server was given props.

Went for dinner with my family, it took about 5-10 minutes before the hostess knew we were there, we did get seated right away when she arrived. The table was dirty however and it was too small for my family. We waited 20 minutes for a waiter/waitress to greet us, it never happened. It wasnt even extremely busy in my opinion. My family and I decided to leave, my mom stood there to put on her jacket to see if anyone would notice...no one cared. This isnt the first time weve had terrible service at this location. We will never eat there again.

My family and I have never had such horrible experiences the past few times. They have a bunch of waiters standing around not doing their job. We had a waitress named Lauren. She had the most disgusting & unprofessional attitude I have ever seen. If we asked for anything she acted as if it was putting her out the way. She was very rude and I will be calling corporate about her and our experience. The only reason why we bother to stop by is because this is the closest Bdubs to our house but I will not be returning to this location.

Im a fanboy of Buffalo Wild Wings. I dont currently live in an area that has one, so I jumped at the opportunity to go to one while away for business. Unfortunately, the wings came out very dry and the Big Jack Daddy Burger was also a little lean on the sauce (though I still strongly recommend). On a normal visit, Ill give a 4 or a 5, especially on Wing Tuesdays, but for this location Ill stick with a 3. If they come out near sauceless, just make sure to send them back for a redipping.

Wings are good obviously but when the menu does not state specific info about lunch combos and the servers take it upon themselves to choose what you want instead of calling you, since they take your phone # and name for no apparent reason so calling me regarding the issue would have been too much to ask! Ridiculous its called common courtesy call somebody dont choose for them unless you know what they want.
