Ugh. We were so excited to go here for dinner. We arrived at 3:55PM hoping to beat the dinner rush on a Sunday. We put our names down and she said 20-30 minutes. at 4:37PM we received a text saying our table was ready. We sat down and waited about 10 minutes for our server to come over. She took our drink orders and came back with them about ten minutes later. We already had plenty of time to decide what we wanted but she just sat the drinks down and walked away. Came back a few minutes later and took our order. We had a promotion card for a free pizza up to $25 dollars that we bought from a kid selling these for his baseball team. I handed her the card while telling her what we wanted to prevent any issues at the end (like it not being accepted, etc.) While waiting for our food (1 large pizza) we went through about 3 drinks each. I ordered strawberry lemonade and was totally unaware they were not free refills. The glass was about 90% ice, so I went through them pretty fast. Didnt think Id ever drink 10 dollars worth of lemonade (3.29 each) in one sitting. Anyway, our food came out 45 minutes later (no plates or silverware) waited a few more minutes for that. I thought their thing was they serve the first slice? They set the super hot pizza down right in front of my 2 year olds high chair and walked away. After we were done we started looking around for our waitress needing the check and a box. She brought the box and went to get the check. 15-20 minutes later came back with the check, it was wrong. Charged me full price for the pizza, even after I gave her the pizza coupon and I was really surprised over the lemonade thing. I wouldnt have ordered them if I knew theyd be that expensive. Took her a good ten more minutes to bring the new check back, and then a few more to take my card and bring it back. Kids were irritated and wanted to go. My big pregnant belly could hardly fit in between the two tables we were crammed against. Had to ask the other people if they could scoot their table over a bit so i could get out to use the bathroom. *Awkward* The pizza was pretty good for what its worth, but the super slow service was a huge turn off. I get that they are new and still trying to figure things out. Our bill was still over 40 bucks JUST for drinks (Husband had 3 beers and two kids drinks) plus a tip. We will probably be sticking with Dions next time for pizza. We left at 6:25PM

So waited 30 minutes for a seat and about another 30 minutes for our food which I understand it was busy and no issue as I thought it was quick for both. So the issue was the customer service. The waitress got our drinks and then our food order. Had let her know of a coupon that came out in the Brighton Buzz and she wasnt too fond of it. Said its only for other locations instead of saying, Im not sure let me double check at first when I said no its for this location as she then went to check. It was a valid coupon. So still no big issue until I received my food. Food was good but all of our drinks ran out. She didnt check once on us. She did not offer refills and the sad part is that she passed our table 7 times. She even looked at our table! I wanted some more marinara sauce as well. We were done with our food and was ready to leave. She came and asked if we need anything when my wife asked for more refills. She only refilled my wifes not mine or my kids drinks. Never offered to go boxes as I was just wanting to leave from the bad vibes. Food was good but not good customer service. Ill be better off with a place with good food and good customer service. I wouldnt want to return because of the customer service. By the way the people behind us had a issue as well as they walked out angry. Hope customer service improves but wont return for a while.

I would say, by far the worst service in the city of Brighton by any restaurant. I was anticipating going here since it had opened. I went at time of open, arrived around 11:10 am, I was seated promptly by the hostess. I sensed trouble at the time of open when the waitress could not find her way to her table to get our drink orders. The hostess came over about 10 minutes and timed it with the waitress to get our drink orders. after about 10 minutes of waiting to get our drinks, the drink order was wrong. We waited another 20 minutes before notifying the Hostess that we had not been asked what we wanted to eat. At that point, another 5 minutes had passed, no reaction from management or the hostess so we decided to leave. 30 minutes to take an order? The restaurant was not packed and it had just opened. My guess is the food is as bad as the management handling its customers. This restaurant will not survive long competing with the neighboring restaurants. I would not recommend going here, it appears management is lost and either has not trained its new wait staff on how to manage customers or simply does not care. I anticipate this restaurant being shut down shortly after its new opening if it continues to treat its customers this way. Would never go again until either Im aware of new management or newly trained employees.

Food is good. However service is continually the worst weve ever experienced anywhere. Weve been here 3 times since it opened. A whole tray of drinks were spilled on me the first visit, second round of drinks had a fly in the ice, followed by the whole pizza being dropped on the floor and still no manager to visit the table until I complained when my full price bill came! Second visit was with friends. 10 people total. Took an hour and a half to be seated on a Saturday at 3pm. Food took over an hour to come to the table. 3 pizzas and a couple kids spaghettis. We were here until 6pm just to eat. 3 hours! Are you kidding me! Tonight we just finished. Just myself and my wife. Came at 730. Told 20 min wait. During this there were easily 10 tables open throughout. Sat at the time quoted. Took 10 min to finally get a server. Ordered a pizza, a salad to start, and 2 iced teas at the same time. Drinks came about 10 min later, pizza beat the salad out. Overall just to eat again for just two people was over an hour after being seated! This place wont last very long with service like this even with the big name behind it. I can tell you it will be a long time before I ever visit again. I will say food taste is good however.

Ive been to this location 2 times now. First time we went we ordered 2 salads that took 45min to get to the table then it took 30 minutes to wait on the bill. The second time we ordered carry out. We ordered 2 calzones and cheese curds, the hostess said it would be 30min. Once I arrived about 30 minutes after the order was placed the hostess told me she would be right with us while we waited another 10min for the little blond to finish facebooking and taking selfies. We found out she didnt even put our order in. The manager said she would put our order in and wait another 30 minutes. What a waste of time. We said no thanks and walked out. This is no place for someone like this to be in charge of phones and customer service; she needs to get a job at hot topic. I would rather go to the DMV and get a new license then come here again. If I could I would give this place a zero. I would do anything not to go to this restaurant unless you are wanting to retire here.
