The girls who work there do not practice identity theft. The employees are just practicing the rules that the owners put in effect. They take your license when you open a tab 1. as more of a safeguard that you will not walk out on your tab. And 2. so they know its you using your card! They write down your ID number and state of issue when you close out to prove that they were diligent and assured that it was the owner of the card making purchases, and to cover their backs so, if a customer has a few too many drinks and disputes the bill the next day/days later, they have proof that they did indeed make the purchase. You should be happy that they go to such lengths to PROTECT you from identity theft. Aside from that, its a great and entertaining place! Always a good time!

This establishment takes your drivers licence when you pay by credit card. They then take your credit card number with your full name and write down your drivers licence number along with your date of birth on the credit card slip. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT UNLESS YOU WANT TO END UP AS A VICTIM OF IDENTITY THEFT.

came here for my 21 and it seems like a pretty cool place the music was defenatly nice it dident seem too pricey same as the rest of tejon strip it had a up stairs I dident get to see the bartenders seemed pretty nice I dident talk to anyone I was too shy Ill probably try to go again sometime

Kicked me out because I had a temporary ID which has never been rejected. I had student IDs/credit cards to verify my identity. Manager was childish and immature, started yelling in the middle of the bar he lost out on close to $500 in sales with the group I came in with. Wont be back.

Gasoline Alley is the place to be. The hottest bartenders, best cover bands, never a cover charge, and an awesome rooftop. The people who work there are the best in town and they do not practice identity theft. Ive been going there since it opened and have had a good time every night.

This place is great as either a bar, restaurant, or club. The atmosphere is always great and the bartenders are awesome. They also have some of the best burgers in town. Check them out on Tuesdays for there $2 food and drink specials you wont regret.

Average bar experience, nothing special. What really killed it though is when you go to pay with a card they take your I.D. and do something awkward with it. Checking it is ok but taking it with them is not, I dont know about you but thats a no no..

To call this place a shite hole would be a disservice to real shite holes. I literally watched them pump grapefruit juice into some 20 something regular who was pass out drunk until he pepped up and they could hand him another beer. Pathetic.

Katrina was our bartender and she was AMAZING. We visited from NC and she was so helpful in telling us the places to go and not to go. The owner also came in and bought a round for us! Love this low key rock bar. Amazing ambiance.

Ha! Bartender was a byatch! Treated my friend like a plebeian 2 year old, and was condescending toward me as well. I dont believe in bad tips, but I gave her a bad tip. Blonde with tats on her legs, just so you know who to avoid!

They do take you info, but not your social security number, and thats a major thing needed for id theft. The only complaint I have is beers are $4. Other than that its a good place to go with no cover charge!
