My son had his 2 year birthday cake made here and we postponed the party by a day. Because of this we placed the cake in the fridge instead of the freezer and when we woke the next day, the cake had been ruined. I brought the cake back and dropped it off after they offered to totally remake the cake for free (even though I offered to pay again) to make sure the day wasnt ruined. It reminded me there are kind people that do care and I just had to share my experience. (The birthday party went great if youre wondering.) Thank you again.

I just called in and spoke to a young lady who helped me make my daughters 2nd birthday cake, she was wonderful. She answered all my questions, helped me personalize it, and even kept it minnie mouse theme with everything I wanted. Plus she really sweet about every question I asked the whole time. I wish I remembered her name. Thank you (: We will be back!

45 minutes before close a younger woman claimed that she was unable to make a shake... when I asked she had no reason just that she was unable to. Terrible service. Too lazy to wash a blender 45 minutes before closing. We come here every weekend. Not anymore. Terrible service. Cold stone creamery from now on.

They were too busy talking to one another to take our orders. The first thing we heard when we walked in was the four young women laughing obnoxiously. We had to repeat our orders several times, on top of them trying to rush us. They also attempted to give us significantly less than a full scoop.

I have loved your Ice cream for years. My dad to this day will not eat anything but his Vanilla Ice cream from basin Robins...I started enjoying as a youg girl in the early 80s and I still love it as an adult.

This place should be shut down. Ice cream taste like the cardboard tub it sits in .cones were so stale its not funny. The cherries taste like garbage too. Dont go there unless you want to be disappointed.
