Went into this Baskin Robbins on 8//27/2016. The two girls working had long hair held back in ponytails. One scooping ice cream in front of us was letting her hair dangle into the ice cream. You could tell this had been happening most of her shift since the end of her ponytail appeared to be coated and sticky. NASTY!!!

I come at least once a week and every one is always friendly. There are instances of wait but thats what happens when store is packed! Hair comment from other reviewer is off putting but I never experienced/seen it. Must of been a lapse in judgement from worker.

Nice staff, but sloppy with having bracelets/ hair ties on wrists, and long hair dragging across the ice cream. Not sure if Ill come back, saw this happened before (in a review.) Gross.

Theres been a dead spider by the soda fridge for a year and a live colony of ants in the drains. Yesterday there was a dead ant in one of the ice cream tubs, expired food is relabeled.
