My sister and I came in for lunch and before we were in the door the great customer service started. One of employees was leaving and saw us walking up and greeted us and held the door open for us while we walked in, keep in mind my sister was holding my sleeping niece in her carrier. Then when we got inside we were getting settled at a table before we got our food. Another employee went and grabbed us a high chair and brought it to us. Then another employee came up and offered to take our order which were told them it was ok and we could just come to the counter. Service like this is extremely hard to find now a days. I work in hospitality so I hold a lot of places to high standards and today I was blown away. Thank you for taking such great care of my family and I.

Excellent staff, competitive prices. Cheaper than Panera next door for more food, high quality ingredients... No additional charges for any of the toppings... Insane!!!! This is our new favorite place!!! God it tastes so good. Definitely NOT your everyday pizza place, 3x the variety of Chipotle, but on pizza... Stupid awesome. And the lemonades are for some reason the best lemonades weve had. Amazing first time... Thanks.... You got us as customers!!!!!!! Btw, my pizza has bacon, spicy sausage, sun dried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, roasted kale, parmersan cheese, mozz cheese, asiago cheese, feta cheese, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, garlic chunks, Greek olives, pesto sauce, marinara sauce, BBQ sauce, and red pepper flakes. No additional charges, $7.69?

Probably my new favorite pizza place right now. Crust is thin, not greasy, toppings are tasty, the wait goes by pretty fast. Would be five stars but they messed up a to go order I called in and forgot to put it through when I called. So I arrived and still had to wait through all the customers ahead of me and didnt even get an apology or explanation until I asked about the order and then received a weak, "yeah sorry" from the gal at the register. Unfortunately so many shops around Southlands have poor customer service from young people running the joint that either arent trained or supervised right or just dont care. I think Ill try Pie Five next time or drive out further in search of good service.

I had never heard of mod pizza until a few months ago when this location opened up. Ever since then its the only pizza Ive gotten (not sorry dominos) having vegan options and meat options is a plus especially for families with vegans and vegetarians that cant have much food at other places; especially in this area. The staff is always so wonderful here and Jackie always goes over the top to make sure that you get what you need when you need it. Definitely check this place out. On top of service and food the price is amazing. You can go to qdoba and get a burrito for $11 or you can get your own 11 inch pizza for about the same price.

Horrible management, There was managers there named Jackie and Torrie. They were badmouthing co workers in front of customers. Then she takes a worker to the backroom and proceeded scream at this poor girl at top her lungs every customer in there could hear everything cuss word coming out of her mouth. The worker walked out of the office in tears. One of the most unprofessional moments I have witnessed in food service. These woman have no business having the label of manager. I would not return until these mangers have been removed from the company.

Pretty decent pizza. Always nice to see a new pizza place in the area. You have a choice of several sizes of wood-fired pies. The pies taste better when you eat in because they are crispy. Salads are a bit expensive here for the portion size. By the time you get them even 5 minutes home they begin to get a bit soft. Friendly manager and cheerful staff. Parking can get tight here on Fridays for dinner. Enter at the signal near the 7-Eleven. Overall a decent pizza place.

Very VERY good pizza and customer service, especially for the price. The crust is thin crust, which is delicious, but that is the only part of the pizza that you do not get to choose. Pick your size and your toppings. No matter how many toppings, there are no extra charges. Everything is fresh and tastes great. Lots of variety. Two large pizzas with unlimited toppings and two soft drinks will run you about $20. You cant beat that anywhere.

This is a great artisan personal pizza place! Even when super busy, customers fly through the line. You can pick your fresh ingredients as the staff makes your pizza right in front of your eyes. The crust is thin and wonderful! The pizza sauce selection and the finish glazes are amazing and creative. Even the dessert pizza is great. It is the same price no matter the toppings. We will keep coming back!!

Everything Ive eaten here has been delicious and high quality, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. This is a good place to bring children or have a casual evening without kids. The food comes quickly and their scrumptious pizzas are made to order. They carry a wide range of flavors to mix and match if you want to, but Ive never had a bad time with their posted recipes.

Subway meets a pizza joint... This is a spectacular place to order a customized pizza and the service was top notch. Ordered the mad dog and customized it greatly. Liked it so much, I ordered a James Dillon to go.

There was a about 4 people in front of us and we only waited 2mimutes. They move quick and are super friendly. My pizza was done in under 5min. Lastly, when we left all of the staff said thank you and bye. So happy.
