The manager bumped into me while i had a bowl of menudo in my hands. Ended up spilling some on my shoes and socks, and hands. Was also so hot that it burned my hand. He said sorry and returned to business without even offering any reparations. I come here so often they can at least offer me a discount of some sort or offer to replace my shoes or socks. Nothing, they just want your money here. This was the last time I come here. To add salt to the wound, the same guy that bumped into me tried hashing things out by discounting my Pepsi. What a joke. My shoes and socks that were ruined by the clumsy goofy ass manager are worth more than a flavorless fountain drink. I hope Jose Sanchez reads this and feels embarrassed for himself, because as a business owner thats rated by the bbb i wouldve made sure that the customers walked out satisfied. Once again, Jose Sanchez i hope you are embarrassed. I will pass this along to everybody i know who eats there and who ive ever brought to eat there.

This place is great!!. Actually I study Asian Medicine and usually i do not like mexican food because there are few choices without dairy, but this full on buffet with many choices, such as : great stews, vegetables (including cactus), various soups, hearty foods, different kinds of meats. So it has a great variety of really nurturing well cooked foods, including seafood. I am also a professional cook and the price if really reasonable for what they are providing. I can tell the food was fresh and well cooked. And they were busy so they make everything fresh. The staff is friendly as well and i could tell they care about what they do. I will prob go there very often, when i do not have time to cook my own food.

Overrated place that serves soups and entree with plenty of options but none of the dishes stood out and when i tried stuffed peppers drowning in this liquid, i realized why no one touched it and it had such a off-putting texture. Their mole was one of the worst with very plain and fishy tasting ceviche. Their soups are very good but service was bad especially when the bus girl saw that i left half of stuffed peppers she refused to take the any other plates afterwards and the counter girl overcharged me because i grabbed more than two players of food. Locating is as expected in that neighborhood but very shady service unless you are Hispanic or local regulars.

I come from California and was yet to find a real Mexican restaurant. Ive been to many Mexican restaurant and never feel satisfied with the urge to come back.. Ive been to this place about 5 times and still want to come back. Everything taste as it should and it has that real Mexican taste, Like if my mom Just cooked it. Lol. The Only thing that i could say negative about this place that it needs a makeover. Ive drove passed this place A LOT of times before and never stopped because it looks like another whatever Mexican spot. You dont come around a lot of Mexican buffets so this has to stand out!

This place is fantastic. I love Mexican food. And Im not talking about Chi-Chis, Taco Bell etc... real Mexican food. This is it. A lot of these reviews are about expectations. If some expect A and get B they leave nasty reviews making up stuff like not being clean etc. This is a simple, casual honest Mexican Buffet that has a huge selection for a good price. Lunch was $12.99 adults, $7 kids. All the food tasted fresh and the staff couldnt be better. Now that Ive found this in coming back every time I visit Denver from Cali.

I was reminiscing about the cocina at Liborio Market and a friend asked if I had eaten at Guadlajara. WHAT A GEM! As a rule I avoid buffets because the food tends to be cheap with lots of filler. Gudalajara is generous with meats and vegetables, and their starches -- beans, rice, pasta -- are first rate flavor, not cheap preparations. I love variety and its great that i can create a plate from several different dishes. I consider this on par with my favorite Mexican restaurants and look forward to bringing friends.

I went to buy some frozen dough to make some Empanadas ( turnovers) and noticed the packages were 10 months due...upon telling the Argentinian owner, she provided me with different packages she kept in some hidden freezer. Two weeks later I went back to get some more, assuming that by now they would have replaced them, but found they are still selling them but this time they stuck a new sticker on the packages to make them seem ok. Shameful ! Lack of respect to customers and health security issues.....

Muy rico, todo muy sabroso es cuestion de la comida que le guste a cada quien, pero por eso hay mucha variedad. Ay que saber valorar lo bueno. Y pues siempre me ha gustado, y mas la primera vez que vine. Animo Guadalajara, no pasa nada.

The selection was disappointing here. The staff seem to be friendly but the people who come here have no manners. My wife and I were both bumped into and cut off multiple times by different people and they just keep going. I had thought the Mexican culture was a bit more civilized than that. The enchiladas were bland. I thought they had some with meat but were just cheese. The peaches and watermelon were both hard and not ripe. My wife tried the tamales and said they are maybe a 2 out of 10.
