First off we were told to seat ourselves, then the server brought bread but no silverware or plates. We were told since we didnt order the salad bar we didnt get plates, so we ended up eating our rolls off paper napkins. Then the food was wrong and we had to hunt down someone to send it back and all the manager would do is come out and blame us that it was cooked wrong. and for $60 for 3 drinks and 3 meals the plates had the steak, baked potato and a couple leaves of parsley nothing else, no soup, salad, veggie nothing. We could have had a better meal and a bigger meal at home for half the price not to mention better service...I would suggest eating somewhere else and we will never eat at the Sizzler in Yuba City, California again VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE

New review, they did great this time, 4.5 stars, everyone received what they asked for temperature-wise. Eryboby happy! 3.75 stars today. When you ask how we want a steak cooked, cook it that way. Show us a list with pictures, then get it wrong? On a Porter House no less. Ouch. I see other reviews here saying the same. Staff and service were courteous and the team approach assured our drinks were full. Still loving the upgraded digs, (I know its been years) such a huge difference. Timing apparently is the need as the lobster was also a touch dry. I critique to assist and I will give the place another chance. Salad bar saved the day!

The salad bar was the only good out of tonights outing.... really bad service and terrible fatty meat ( ribeye steak and a sirloin) the chicken was not that good either. When I got home I decided to call..... wrong thing to do again.... they said sorry but would not do anything else about it and this was the manager I talked to! What a crock! Paid 50$ for absolutely nothing good at all!! Will never return!

3rd time here in under a week the maneger. Hands down knows how ro read a persons like or dislikes. I order a lobster tail with the prime rib.and it was slightly underwaight. I asumed the best being a sizler. With not a word said to staff he had Another prepared and served ontop of the 1st one. Great stake. Great service. I will constantly returen as long as i am in the aira.

I have never been fond of restaurants that you pay first, especially if they appear to be 4 or 5 star establishment. I ordered a Corona beer and when it arrived a good five minutes later, it was warm as if it were not even in the fridge. It was replaced after another five minute wait for the waitress to come around again. Probably will not return.

I came in about 8:15 pm. Mabe the servers had other things to do besides taking care of the dinners. The girl who brought my food put it on the table then walked away mumbling something, mabe "enjoy",not sure. No one ever came back to check or ask if I wanted anything. The ribeye was good. Cant say the service was bad because there wasnt any.

Great service, friendly, and around to check on needs but not hovering! The senior meal Malibu Chicken with bread, salad, fries, and drink was delicious and also is a good value! I could only eat half of the chicken and fries after the salad and complimentary bread (roll). Took the other half home for another meal!

Well just to start off it was horrible. .We waited like 20 minutes for our drinks..We all finished our first plate of food before we seen anyone to take our ticket for drinks..The only reason Im giving a one star is because my son like the burger..we had to wave down someone to get refills..never going back again.

3 bad trips in a row... Whats up with this location? Under cooked and over cooked, twice on the same trip... Salad bar is consistently pretty scary!! Manager named Yee was rude and refused to give me his last name. Manager Shawn is very good, whats up with the slacking when he is gone? Lets step it up please?!?!

Sizzler is kind of what you would expect. Low quality food at mid range prices. Yuba City doesnt have a lot of great food choices so this is a kind of go to spot. Their staff is friendly but it doesnt make up for the quality of the food and lack of cleanliness.

If I could give it a no star vote I would the salad bar is not like it use to be it cost almost $14.00 and there was only salad and not much appetizer like they have had over the years the guest service girl was rude about not having room for all 12 of us

On our way thru town and decided to stop at Sizzler. Portion to price is just okay. The servers were friendly and the restaurant was clean and atmosphere pleasant. Food was cooked nicely. You can choose to buy off the menu or enjoy the buffet or both.

The salad bar was great very fresh. But the chicken was under cooked and I found a piece of paper in my bowl of pudding, pretty gross! Complained and they offered gift cards for 2 free dinners but we wanted our money back because I wont be back.

It was okay but not amazing. The salad bar deal is what many people go there for but it is satisfactory. Their actual food was nice but the service wasnt the best. Dont think we got refills too often.

It was great. Even though it was busy we didnt have a long wait. The food was good. Had a wonderful waitress that was there asking us if we needed more to drink and anything else we might need.

We come here often after church on sunday. We usually sit in margaritas section - she is great. The food is okay. It has a distinct smell... old people and salad bar food.

Wide variety of nice fresh foods at the salad bar. Employees are friendly and helpful. Tables, chairs and floors are always kept clean.
