After attempting to call in an order 3 times the clerk who works at this place was unable to take my order. The first time I called their phone wasnt working so all I got was a, "hello... Hello... Hello..." Then they hung up. I called back from a landline and reached a male clerk who was very unhelpful and tried to rush me. In the middle of my ordering a sandwich and asking what I would like on he he interrupts me asking for my name. Then I tell him, "you ask me what I wanted now youre interrupting me asking for my name!? I then tell him my name and try to order again from the beginning. As I start again he says, "yeah yeah yeah, I got that part (again trying to rush me)." The clerk was rude at this point; almost like I was wasting his time. I refused to continue trying to place an order with this place. There are many other places in town to get sandwiches so thats simply what Ill do going forward. This place need to get their customer service in order or I wont go here again. The male clerk/delicatessen needs to drop his attitude and learn how to take an order. Ps to the owner: the call took place at 12:00pm on 3/25/16.

We have been here a few times for wine tasting. The price is quite expensive for what you get. Each tasting pour is about 2 sips, and it costs between $2 to $10+ per pour depends on how fancy you want to be. If you want a full glass, itll cost around $20. Plus you are sitting in a liquor store so not exactly wine bar vibe. To spend that kind of money, we rather just go to a wine bar. Food is mediocre, and it takes a very long time to be served. Service is friendly. The lady at the register was nice and helpful. Interesting concept, but just too expensive.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!! I am not one to write reviews but the foreign lady acted like she ran the world. I agree with the other reviews about being rushed and not getting what u pay for. The food is average but would still rather have the service and food the deli mart before had. As far as wine tasting goes do not come here it is like your sitting in a liquor store. I give this place a 2 out of 5 stars only because its close and convenient.

Owners need to realize the silly inefficient way of taking food orders on little pieces of paper and walking back and forth to deliver them to the cook in the back. Also, there is always confusion at the register, as if they have not been trained to punch in the innvatory. The atmosphere for wine tasting is not appropriate.

What a fantastic gem in Aliso! I love to come here for delicious Boars Head deli sandwiches for lunch. Toasted and serve with a pickle, yum! A really great selection of wines, and a very cool wine tasting section with a bar top. I cant wait to try their breakfast burritos as Ive heard they are also fantastic.

Get there early on a friday or risk not finding a seat. Thats what happened to us but we got lucky and we were seated within 30 mins. It doesnt feel like a restaurant and me and my boyfriend really enjoyed the live music they play. Do yourself a favor and stop in sometime but get there early if its friday.

Beer and wine selection is good. Its convenient for a quick bite. Food is inconsistent, they have messed up my kids breakfast burritos 4x now. I explained it to the ladies, they could not careless. Not even a sorry. The only reason they get 2 stars is for their booze selection.

Wine tasting is great but holy crap the smell when u walk thrpugh the door fills the entire place - smells thike a trailer park -/raw suage at its worst- sittibg here hoping it doesnt stick to me- ew!!! Owner needs to refresh or repipe or unclog ugh hack hack gag poopie!

Knowledgeable staff, really good wine selection. What really makes this place stand out is they have like 20 or 30 rotating self serve taps where you can pour your own glass in various sizes. I love to taste before I buy. Havent had the food.

Ridiculous wine tasting event. $70 for two, less than a glass of wine in total between the two of us. Granted, I understand it is a tasting, they are here to sell wine and what they really did was earn a poor review for a terrible $70 night.

Love the sandwiches and the breakfast burritos. The staff is always helpful and even funny sometimes. The beer selection is on point and the wine bar is beautiful. I really enjoy coming here and bringing my friends.

The deli is decent, serving Boars Head measurements and cheeses. Beer and wine selection is solid. Havent tried the self pour wine bar yet. Draft beer selection is pretty minimal but changes regularly.
