Tried this place based on good reviews and had a bizarre experience. Had to send back the Tom Yum soup because it was flavorless (like... chili and hot water). They wouldnt take it off the check and gave me the coconut soup instead. It was slightly better. The waitress seemed irritated. Then things got even more strange when they brought the wrong order out. My wife and I had asked for (and pointed to) the crab pad thai, but got fried rice instead. This upset the staff even though it was clearly their mistake. I was ready to walk out at this point until I tried our other order, the drunken noodles. They were perfect. As was the crab pad thai when they finally brought it out to us. Wife also had a drink with soju, lychee and calpico, but had no booze in it sadly. In short, ONLY ORDER NOODLE DISHES and you will be happy. Other things on the menu seem to miss their mark and the staff and owner deliver poor service. In a parallel universe I might have only ordered the pad thai and drunken noodles, I wouldnt have had a problem with the staff and this place would have gotten 5 stars (and I would have tipped, which I did not)

First and foremost, the food here is absolutely delicious. It isnt the best thing, but its definitely good enough to give you that craving for it once in awhile. The prices are appropriate for the menu and for the amount of food that they give you. The restaurant is clean and its decorated for a nice sit down location. They have a bar and outdoor seating as well. The location hasnt been super busy when Ive visited, but the wait times are appropriate and not strenuously long. The only negative remark I have is that the wait staff are a bit withdrawn and dont engage with customers. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this location.

waited 45-50 minutes for my food beef & broccoli was cold and the orange chicken was cold as well. i sent back the beef & broccoli to get warmed up and tried to get them to warm up the orange chicken but the waitress gave a look of confusion, and told me that they cant heat up the orange chicken... i told her then why were they bringing me out cold food? told her that was fine but i wasnt paying for the orange chicken. They were really busy that night, but that was no excuse. the staff is not very friendly. i would not recommend this place to a friend. id rather to the Thai Restaurant in West Covina, called Wooden Cafe Thai Cuisine.

This unassuming little restaurant is lacking in friendly service but knocks it out of the park with their food. Normally for me, the service can make or break my meal. Here I find myself over looking the less than attentive, annoyed servers and am enchanted by the culinary genius that is on my table. Their flavors are so clean and full bodied, spicy and enthralling. The menu is very simple, however everything my family and I have tired is delicious. The avocado rolls, ahi tuna spring roll and pad see ew are my personal favorite.

Finally, a place that serves awesome Thai iced tea! I had the crunchy spring rolls which were delicious especially with the sauce. I also had the Tiger Steak which was okay. Nothing amazing but the sauce it came with made it taste way better. I will definitely be coming again because they have a really good menu. Service was great too. Waiters were polite and frequently asked if we wanted something. They packed our leftovers really nicely as well. Those are the small details which made for a good experience.

Im probably not the best person to review this place: I claim the food is good, but I really have no idea what most of it tastes like! Every time I go, I basically always order the Pad Thai, or the Drunken Noodles. When asked for "very spicy," the Drunken Noodles can be a little bit of a labor of love, but its most definitely worth it! This place is a great restaurant with lunch specials that cost only $6.95 between 12 and 3 every day, and the regular menu items arent even that much more expensive anyway!

Love their food, especially if u like it spicy. Spicy fried rice is very good. Spicy Basil beef is also very tasty n spicy, make sure to get the chopped not ground beef. Their pan fried noodles are delicious. Ive only been disappointed with their food when I had it delivered. The food portions were a lot smaller than what you get when you dine in. Sometimes you have to be patient when you first get there because their could be a wait to be seated. The food is worth it, verry yummy!

The food is very tasty and the decor is much better than expected. The prices of the meals were very reasonable and the ambiance was much quieter than I assumed it would be for the amount of people there. They have tvs showing sports as well. I came here with my family and we ordered a pad thai, drunken noodle, and two other beef dishes along with coconut ice cream and the fried chocolate banana for desert. They were all very tasty and I was pleased.

The only bad thing I can say about this restaurant is that they are on the opposite end of town from me. I wish theyd open a location in Uptown Whittier. I think the Orange Chicken is the best Ive ever had. We usually end up eating the same dishes every time we go now with friends. Yellow Curry, with chicken, Orange Chicken, Pad Thai with Tofu, Green Beans, and Rice. The Thai Iced Tea is also a favourite.

This place has great Thai food! So glad they revamped their menu and brought back some of their previous menu items, like the won ton soup. That is our favorite and were sad when they took it off the menu. That was one of the reasons why we stopped going and because they stopped their delivery service. But we gave it another shot and we were pleased to see that they brought back the won ton soup.

I when to this restaurant as I came the so call maneger stop me and demanded to leave a tip and if I didnt not to come back if I wanted to eat the food to take it to go. The food my be good but this type of actitud make me not to ever come back. This so call manager told me that the tip was for the cooks not the servers cause the cooks earn so little that they need the extra

Delicious Thai food, nice atmosphere and clean restaurant. Service each time has been great and food comes quickly. Dishes are delicious and try the fried banana dessert. Weve ordered several items of the menu and all have been so good. If you are looking for a nice Thai place with good prices and a nice place to eat at, go here.

Hands down one of the best!! Cashew chicken entre was cooked to perfection. The rice was done just right. The staff was there with a refill and frequently stopped to ask how everything was. Also the coke was the best mix. Decor was nice and the restaurant was really comfortable. 5 stars all the way
