Do not come here. They charged my card wrong twice and had the nerve to ask me if they can charge it a third time. I came in for my take out, gave the waitress my rewards, she decided not to put it in, and charged me full price, $50 when my meal shouldve been about $10 after the reward. Long stores short, I left without my food. And then they tried to keep the paper with my rewards on it, possibly to use it for themselves. Now I have over $100 taken out of my account and no food and have to wait 5-7 business days for my money. The manager had no remorse either. Worse Fridays Ive ever been to

gosh does the girl look unhappy.. I came here for dinner with a friend and his family, and though they were good at catering to my friends kids. But the food was just so cheap and microwaveable like food. I am a vegetarian and she suggested i ordered the cajun pasta with alfredo sauce. She said instead of the chicken, the shrimp and whatever she was going to replace it with some vegetables..instead when it came out, it literally was just broccoli and noodle and white sauce!?!? Its just a second level up from ordering fast-food...at least the food comes faster at fast food?!! -_

The first time I came here I was greeted by 2 ladies! And got seated down quickly. I noticed there menu is similar to Chilis but a little bit different. And my server was nice! She even guided me about how the rewards work here anywho I ordered the ribs here OMG they were the best! It wasnt chewy or stale. But the thing I was dissapointed on were the seasoned fries they were old and hard I didnt end up eating them but the rice and ribs were the best part! And put a smile on my face they were delicious.

So this evening I decided to treat my Little Family to a great meal. My other half ordered the baby back ribs with lobster, the Kid ordered her burger and I ordered the rib eye with Jack Daniel sauce on the side and my two sides. The sides were delish but what a disappointment. I spoke with Aaron the manager about it and he took his time to make things right. Will I order the rib eye again??? Maybe but for sure I will be back at this outfit because they know how to take care of their customers.

Are you hungry ? Want to eat good priced food ? Do not come here. We come Saturday 1pm, place is mostly empty . 30 min and Im still waiting for my food . Food quality was meh. I got chicken strip which was pretty decent , fries was decent too. Friend got cheese burger which he couldnt finish (not because of the size) . Another got chicken sandwich which he also couldnt finish for same reason . We shouldve gone to habit across the street .

Horrible service! I came with my boyfriend ready for a good meal and they took a while to seat us, and the place wasnt busy at all, then we finally get seated and no one came to our table. We were sitting for about a good 40 minutes while we watched servers go to other tables and just hang around and talk. We decided to just leave. This is the first time we ever walked out a restaurant. They didnt even realize that we didnt get served.

Orded endless apps and after over 45 minutes of waiting and seeing other tables who sat down after us asked the sever whats going on he didnt have an answer or apologize. It seemed like he forgot to put the order. Which that it self isnt a horrible thing to do. But an apology and lemme go talk to someone at the kitchen to hurry up your order wouldnt hurt. Ending up leaving and eating dinner somewhere else

I usually go to this TGI Fridays but last time I went I had a horrible experience with their host! Racist people , I took my sister and her gay friend omg two of the host an Asian and white man were criticizing my sis gay friend I saw it on their face like if they have never seen a gay guy! Worst experience ever not going there at all. Used to be my fav place to eat after this not going back!!!

Terrible!!! We order clam chowder and steak and lobster. When we got the steak, we were told they didnt have clam chowder. I brought my fiance for the MNF game and there is no sound in the bar area. She finally gets her second choice of food and they take forever to bring butter. I hear a waitress telling a patron that they only have 2 waitresses for the whole restaurant. Bad planification!!!

Disinterested waitress, food took way too long for amount of diners. Party of 10. 1st appetizers plates came out cold. Then almost 20 mins from when 1st entree was delivered until last delivered to table. Medium well steaks literally rare. The only enjoyable item was the salsa. Too bad, i used to like that place.

Thank God theres other restaurants. From long waits to be seated in an empty restaurant, to almost no busing the whole experience was disappointing. Justin who is not new at his job made all the rookie mistakes one could. I might go back because if your married you know there are no hard nos in life.

I love this place I only come here just for Aaron he is absolutely the best guy ever on top of everything. When we dont get him its not the same. I think everyone who works there should take customer service lessons from him. I really hope he makes it to management!

Work happy hour deals here, low quality food, slow service, doesnt even open very late. The only thing good about this place is their Jack Daniels sauce which you can just buy to go. Much better choices within walking distance like Buffalo Wild, Chilis, even BJs.

For the price, its worth it. Dont understand all the negative reviews, you get what you pay for! The food is good for a nice dinner for two under 40 bucks. I enjoy coming here. The service is a lil on the slow side but they get very busy so its understandable.

I will never recommend this Fridays to anyone. Was seated and the waitress made eye contact but never came to ask if we wanted water. After 10 minutes of no service in this empty restaurant we got up and left.

Worst experience ever. Waited forever for food and it came back cold. Food tasted like it was microwaved & was terrible. Meat was too tough to eat. Please save your money & eat somewhere else. Not worth it.
