I wish I could leave 0 stars. The brunette manager is very rude. There were no customers nearby or inside and I was chatting for a minute with one of the workers while eating the red velvet ice cream I just bought. She told me I must leave and eat outside as they must work. Never have I been so insulted at a place I frequent. What happened to friendly service? All sprinkles wants to do is take your money and get you out the door. For now on, I am going to Sweet Arlenes or Sees candy for my sweet tooth fix and I will tell all my friends to do the same. I thought the whole point of a server is to interact with the customer.

They do not call and confirm online orders, so god forbid you accidently put in the wrong amount of what ever it may be, they will wait until 9:00 at night to call you and tell you that your order is ready. In that even, they will also not accommodate you in anyway. I used to work at a cupcake store and they would always call and confirm online orders. There solution was that they would freeze my sisters cupcakes for her wedding. Would I ever buy cupcakes here again, Ill go with never. In addition they arent all that great either.

Not so great service. I was not impressed at all with these cupcakes. Im not sure why people like this place. Cupcakes are very bland. Very commercial tasting. I was expecting a flavor blast but nothing. Not much flavor at all. I give it no stars. But they dont let you give a review without giving at least one.

We walked past the shop right before closing today. Their minis are $1. We tried the cinnamon horchata, red velvet and Meyer lemon. My favorites were the horchata and the lemon. They are moist and perfectly portioned for just a bite!

There is a calendar of the different cupcakes they have on a particular day. Employees are very friendly. Definitely check out the rewards program if you plan to come here frequently. Also, the sundaes can easily be shared.

It was disappointing to open the box and see that we did not get what we had ordered. Not sure why they goofed up the order after pointing and asking them what we wanted.

This is a premium sprinkles as they also serve cookies and ice cream. Their seasonal flavors are always good. Its a bit pricey, but definitely worth it.
