Food is nothing used to be. My mom and I used to visit this place at least 3 times a week and were never disapointed. But for the last 2 years every visit is a dissapointment. We took every opportunity to address the issues and have many second chances. We cant figure out what has happened. It could possiably be the constant turnover of people that work there. But over the last 2 years I have never been served hot soup, its always luke warm. Close to a dozen times. The salad my mom always gets has black rotten lettuce and the veggies are always very over-ripe. The orders are constantly incorrect, and the portion sizes have gone from regular to happy meal. My favorite pasts came today with just enough to cover the bottom of the bowl. It was dry, cold, and all stuck together. The lemon bar was hard as a rock, the pecan maple could barely be cut with a knife, but the chocolate bunt was ok. A little dry, but ok. We waited over 30 minutes to get out lunch, only to be let down once again. We keep asking ourselves why we keep returning. The only thing we could come up with is the fond memories of how it used to be so good. However, we will not be returning. The memories will have to remain as memories.

I came CB Valencia because I was hungry and a friend told me that he liked the food. I agreed to try it and I am glad that I did. I had Natalie as my cashier and Jesus as my busser. Nathalie was super friendly and warm. She smiled the whole time, was knowledgeable about the menu and recommended a delicious dessert. Jesus was super attentive to our table and making sure things on the table were clean and orderly. Ill be back! !

Food was good however when we first walked into the business there was at least 4 people at counter and not one person acknowledged that we walked in and needed help..after a minute or so someone finally made eye contact and ask if we were helped knowing clearly we were not..stepup the customer service and it will be 5 stars for sure.

Last 2 times Ive been here, they take my order and finalize my bill only to find out they ran out of what I ordered. One of those times, I ordered a replacement item that was on the platter at the counter, and as I waited while they warmed it, its sold to another customer. This is what happens during the busy hours on a weekend....

Good food. I would recommend the sandwiches. Servers were nice and brought the correct order for me not two minutes after bringing me the wrong order, and they threw in an extra side. Great quick stop for food but not so much for coffee.

The food is always good. The service is great. When you go here, its comfortable, less expensive than a regular restaurant but you get same great service. Love this place. Anyone I take with me feels the same.

The service was very slow. Workers were gathered in a corner in front of customers hanging out and talking with friends, not paying any attention to the customers. Unknowingly, I waited over an hour for my food.

This place could use some energy! Staff kinda wanders around and could use some lessons on the menu and ingredients. It was 10 minutes to order cause they didnt know how to use the register.
