First time dining here and I was pretty disappointed. The two adjectives that best describe my experience would be salty and expensive. Salty is not necessarily a bad quality for a burger to posess, but I can still taste the salt over an hour after finishing my meal. The strong flavor of salt really overshadowed any benefit that may have been gained from the advertised high-quality of their ingredients. As for the expense, I think that it is unreasonable to charge $12 for a cheeseburger and a very small drink. Even if you could justify $9 for an organic (and very salty) cheeseburger, $2.25 for a tiny fountain drink is crazy. Maybe the coke syrup is organic too?

Saw some good reviews and decided to give it a try. Ordered the regular with double patties combo. It actually was not as big as I thought it would be. The top half of the burger tasted pretty good, meaty and juicy, just wished there was more lettuce and one more slice of tomato because it was a bit too meaty (meat cheaper than greens?). The second bottom half, unfortunately, was very greasy and soggy, maybe needed a bit more time before putting on the bun or the bun should have been toasted more. The fries were so so. The combo was over $13, yes, understood that it was in the mall. For this price, I think In-n-Out wins in both flavors and CP!

The milkshake was made with the greatest tender loving care...more so than Ive seen any parent administer to changing the diaper of their first child. Although they place a close second to the shakes at Smashburger, the effort and care points need to be noted. One star lost for skimming on the toppings. A double chocolate chip super milkshake should have more than 2 minutr scoops of cookie crumbles. Ill have to return for the burger.

Popular spot in the West Valley Fair mall. The burgers are straight to the point: hamburger or cheeseburger, single or double patty. I love the meat (super fresh, medium-cooked), but would have welcomed more variety on the menu. However, they know what they do and they do it great. If you dont mind the busy food court atmosphere, this is a good choice for a burger.

I loved my burger and fries from this place. Was not expecting the awesomeness that was my order. The garlic fries are a must and they have spiked milkshakes as an option. Any time you have the opportunity to get liquor in a mall (whether its saki or something stronger) take it! Service was cool and my order was fast and right. I was greatly satisfied.

OMG!! Ive never had a burger in my life and I am 11 and I went there with my family to have lunch and I wanted a cheeseburger with ketchup and a strawberry shake. First of all the strawberry shake was fresh and tasty. Second of all.... about the cheeseburger....the cheese just melted in with the burger and the tasty bread with ketchup.

I will drive past closer burger places, fight for a parking spot at Valley Fair, and brave the masses in the mall to sit down to their mini cheese burger and garlic fries. The patty is always cooked to a perfect medium, which is no easy feat considering no one else can get this right. This makes it a super juicy and flavorful burger.

I love this place !! If you like real food with good ingredients, then you have come to the right place . I tried the chicken sandwich with avocado . It was so juicy and it was real chicken. My friend had the salad yup a salad and it was delicious . They have a really good veggie burger also for those who dont eat meat .

Yumm! Now this is a good burger!!! Its soo good, so juicy and bbqed almost crispy which I like! The patty is very flavorful, well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The bread is delicious, the veggies are fresh and yummy, and the cheese perfectly melted. All in all one of the best burgers Ive ever had!

Really good burgers and awesome fries but the best part are the homemade pickles. They also have shakes and soft serve which are both fantastic. Only thing to really knock this place is how expensive it is for a relatively small burger plus the fact that they almost always put way too many onions.

I usually dont have a craving for burgers. But this burger is no ordinary burger. I ordered the mini burger. The bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. And the patty, tomato, and lettuce are fresh. I will definitely come back!
