Ive eaten at Kowloon about 20 times and their food is delicious overall (not all their dishes are 5 star, but enough are) - fresh vegetables, perfectly reduced sauces, super fast service and competitive prices. The restaurant is basically an old shack of a house and not particularly clean, so I considered taking off a star...but the food is sooo good. Best in Visalia, by far - one of two even acceptable Chinese restaurants outside of Fresno.

I have been going to this place since the Early 80s. Service is what it is. What people call Rude or Lacks Friendly Service to the Customer is A Large part of the Ambiance. It Seem They Have Never Been To CHINA. But Who Needs Service when the FOOD is Constancy Delightful & Portion control is Nonexistent. Go 4 IT. We All Cant Be Wrong, Can WE ?

Excellent food! Had the #2, honey shrimp and chicken chow mein. It was a lot of food for less then 35 bucks. Establishment is clean and cozy. Waitress was very nice. Food was brought out in a timely manner. Loved the dinner soup.

I have never gone wrong with kow loons, I go there as often as I can. My wife loves the honey walnut shrimp and I always get the #2. I talk about this place daily, people are always looking for good chinese food.

We usually love Kowloons..not today! Isnt almond chicken supposed to have almonds? Our potstickers were obviously refried and burnt. We wont be back!!! Sad..it used to be our go to place. 20.00 down the drain.

Ordered pineapple chicken got sweet n sour chicken with a whole lot of veggies. Wheres the meat? The food is not real high quality and restaurant is dirty and old. Save your money.

In my opinion, Best Chinese food in town, and believe me I have tried them all! Can never go wrong with the Mongolian Beef and Pork Chow Mein!
