Heres my story. I was eating dinner with a friend here about 1year ago this time. I was in the middle of a spoonful when a little 6yr old girl with her family started screaming. She pointed under the register, and there was a dead mouse. The little girl had accidentally bounced her bouncy ball under the register where she found the dead mouse. The lady immediately claimed it died outside and came in to die?? I immediately got up, asked for my money back and left. All other families and guests lined up for refunds. To say the least, it was a bad scene. Some people simply left. I am only writing this because even a year later I feel people need to know. I will never eat here! Take it or leave it, I have no vested interest but sharing my honest opinion. Dead mice means, lights go off and place has a mice infestation. Save yourself.

If I could I would put not even one star! I use to love this restaurant until I went about two weeks ago to go order something on takeout and my chicken on my chicken fried rice was BLACK!! The manager didnt even want to talk to me or give me my money back, she was wanting to charge me if I ordered anything other than that and she didnt even know how to explain why it was like that! Shes was rude, didnt satisfy her customer and would never go back again!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dont let her fool you with "good" food!! Shes a rude ass that doesnt deserve your money for gross old food!!

OMG this is to be one of our favorite places to eat. However they lost their touch the food started tasting different they got cheaper with the portion that they gave you because we always do takeout orders. That old lady they have roaming around there with the other one theyre very very very rude. Their prices skyrocketed for what they offer like I said the food is not as great as it used to be its like average like almost a step below Panda Express yeah go figure

I really hate that I had to give this place 3 stars instead of 4 (which is my high score because 5 stars the place must be perfect in all aspects) due to customer service. I asked if I could have my chow mein in a separate container because I didnt want it to mix with my food; in the middle of me talking the clerk says no, it comes how we fix it. I was shocked! However, when is comes to the food its always hot and fresh and lots of flavor.

The food was nasty no flavor and the service was bad it was not worth the money it was a waste of money I got sick and vomited I hope they shut this place down they need to be reported to food health inspectors I hate even having to giving a star to place but we have to I inorder to give a review my opinion if you want good food for your money dont go to this place

Waitress was arguing with the customers I did not like the food I found a bag in my food The service is very bad I saw bugs in the restaurant everywhere OMG it was nasty and it smells bad no falveor at all and my egg fo young Was bernt twice very bad service Im not going back to that restaurant anymore I hope they get shut down right now

Great place to eat if you are with a larger crowd. The lunch specials are daily before 4. Its a good opportunity to try different options and share with your group. So far we have tried the Mongolian beef, Sweet and sour pork, honey walnut shrimp, orange chicken, BBQ pork, and everything has been very good. Not too expensive.

when I entered the establishment i was met by a waitress her name was Marycela , she sat me down took my order came on time was asking me if I needed anything else or any more to drink very very attentive towards our table absolutely loved her demeanor and her customer service definitely going back again

Dont go just before closing. They said they were closing in 10 mins so "order fast". We decided on take out. They had it ready in 5 mins and sent us off and locked the door... without utinsels. Food was bland and the steamed rice was clumpy.

Food was much better than any of the other Asian restaurants Ive been to in Visalia. Staff was quick and friendly. Google prices; $7.95 to $11.95 for dinner. Place was very busy at 5:00 p.m. Food portions were huge. Ill be back.

Best Chinese food in the County. My favorites are the Chicken Curry,. Wot Wan Ton Soup, Egg Four Soup, Pot Stickers ( they make them the best). The sauce that goes with them is the best. I crave it. I go about 3 times a week!!!

The food is always good, but the servers tend to be a little cold and unsocial. The price for their plates is very reasonable: you can get a huge meal for under $7. I recommend this restaurant.

This is one of of my all time favorite places to eat. I recommend the number 2 combination plate with soft noodles. The best part is you can get out of there for under 10 dollars a person.
