Can not rate better than a 2⭐. Just left the drive thru. They did not get my order right. I dont understand it because as I ordered the young lady repeated each item I said. But got home, opened the bag and it was not right. Ordered 2 chic littles, one was soooo small it dwarfed next to the other one. The piece of chicken was a little larger than the pickle on it. I ordered a corn on the cob but got a mashed potato & gravy instead. I do not like their instant potatoes. I could see it if they were busy but they werent. After handing me the bag she began to close the window. I asked her for some catsup. She walked off and came back with an apple sauce that was supposed to be in the kids meal but evidently wasnt. I had to ask what it was because I didnt know. Then I heard another young lady tell her "just give her the catsup". There were no napkins in the bag. My suggestion is that the contents of the bag should be double checked BEFORE giving it to the customer and please dont be so chinzy on the chicken little strip, especially when two or more are ordered together. The food should look uniform at least.

I hate this location. The staff are rude and openly complain about work aloud. Today we wanted to get root beer floats but there is a sign on the locked front door saying the "inside counter is closed - use the drive thru"..Yet there are people inside. Theres a sign on the drive thru some saying it isnt working and then the drive thru window has a sign saying " drive thru is closed". Long ass waste of time sitting in a drive thru that you cant order at! Wtf

I never leave reviews of food service places, but this place was so bad....the guy in front of me left because nobody took his order. The iced tea was watery from the fountian, so I gave the cashier my cup to fill up....got to the hotel befor drinking it....it was watery. Plus my order was missing 1 piece of chicken and a cole slaw. So bad. So, SO very bad. By FAR the worst fast food place I have ever been to, and Ive been to many across the country.

Went to get 2 Monday Chicken n corn specials. Ordered w/drumsticks only on both! Got thighs on both! Chicken tasted like last nights leftovers. Orderd a "A&W" Rootbeer float, sign in drivethru says " Rootbeer made here!" Person who made it opened 2 CANS of A & W rootbeer put in cup and put soft serve I. C. In it! I will NEVER, EVER go there again! The people are rude, and the store is dirty looking!

Experience? Thanks to this helpful tool, I called this location sand from the way the phone was answered in an unprofessional manner I will not even step foot into this establishment, how sad is that and I really wanted my KFC. Thank to honest reviews saved me from having another one in this seemingly growing epidemic of getting f!#$&@ in the drive through. "Joe Pecci" taught me that line...

They are supposed to be closed at 10 but started closing at 9:15 and wouldnt serve root beer floats because "they werent going to do anymore". The female staff member that was supposed to be working the front refused to do work because she didnt want to do it alone but when she did decide to work the front counter she was being very unfriendly.

The food is standard for a KFC chain but minus point for the wait to order food and the high probability of them messing up your order. I swear they intentionally lag taking your order so their outstanding order time looks artificially short.

I went back for my papa burger has some powdery substance on the bun. Shayla showed me that its how the bun was done but, she replaced it with a new papa burger and gave a small fries with it. Rang the bell for good customer service!

Horrible service......workers were sitting around not doing anything and I waited in the drive through for 5 minutes and no one came. I rolled up to the window and honked..... This happened more than once. Im never going back....

Ordered the fill up meal and I didnt get my biscuit, cookie, napkins, and honey that I asked for. And we waited for 20 minutes at the drive thru. Dont go here if you want to get ripped off.
