To get from the drive thru menu to the window is annoying. They stall and always say ," hold on let me check." They may as well be throwing a heavy weight out their window like many fast foods do playing with the timer. Before giving your total they say , "hold on." Why hold on Ill get my total when I see you at the window. When you order extra, they usually dont give it to you, but gladly charge you for it. The phone app is quicker, , but still dont give you the extra items you paid for. I order churros and always telling me," hold on let me see if we have any" which takes a couple of minutes to return with "ok" guess they buy their time of playing with the drive thru window timer this way.

Ordered a few things from the menu and they didnt have rice. How can you eat chicken without rice and beans? The tortillas where still a bit undercooked and broke when we tried to roll them up. Ordered tasteless chicken soup and my dad went up trying to exchange it for something else. My dad always sucks it up- so it was pretty bland for him to have brought it up. The manager was giving him attitude the whole time and was saying the soup was fine and maybe he was the one with the bad taste buds. But even the cashier chimed in saying sometimes the soup doesnt have enough seasoning. They finally exchanged the soup for a burrito. Never going there again

Actually, I wanted to visit this "El Pollo Loco" location, as it is the nearest one to my home in Napa. However; merely leaving "reviews" that are composed simply of stars with no explanation of why or why not those stars are deserved is not very helpful. And yes, I realize that I also am not giving a written explanation of my "review". I am merely attempting to encourage commenters to provide some basis for their ratings. Thank you. P.S. I am giving it an "Its okay" rating (so as not to affect its over-all rating) because I HAVE NOT been here yet, but of course no comment made here will be "published" unless you submit a "star-rating".

Food is fresh and tasty, eat inside so you can put as much of that fresh salsa on your food as you please,but it would be a way better product, (CHICKEN )if when it was cooked, it could be held in a humidity controlled cabinet, instead of just being kept on the grate of the broiler, turning into a juiceles situation, it pains me that everyone serving chicken feels like they have to murder the product, because of societies phobia of salmonella!

Decided to go there to get something fast for lunch. We both ordered the stuffed quesadilla. One of them with no pico or cabbage. Im pretty sure a quesadilla is supposed to have cheese. Did not have any and there was little bits of tomatoes from the pico the probably scraped off after realizing it was not supposed to have any. Very very disappointed in our choice for lunch. 15$ for 2 very unsatisfying so called quesadillas. Will NOT go back!

Saw TV ad so I went there expecting to get what was advertised . The avocado was cut so thin, it had no taste. The TV ad showed thick pieces of avocado. False advertising on everything. Prices high and amount of food skimpy. Stay away, it is a scam!

Have never gone through the drive thru and actually have EVER received what I have ordered. (Whether items missing or the actual food ordered was correct) not sure if its the staff, intercom, or what but its gotten to the point I never go anymore.

Dont bother after 9:00. Ive been here at least three times more than an hour before closing and they have told me they are out of white meat for the night. The people here cant be bothered to work until closing.
