The only reason I gave you one star is because you cant give a negitive 20 stars and this is why... My girlfriend and I had the un pleasure of reserving a table at your establishment for your Valentines dinner. As we arrived the place seemed Loud and crowded we had a 7 oclock reservation and were told it would be about 10 mins. to be seated so we went to the small cluttered bar I ordered a Cadillac Margarita and a double shot of crown royal these 2 drinks cost me 40 dollars....really..... shortly after receiving our extremely over priced drinks we were seated, the entire bar was brightly lit up with a very Loud somewhat intoxicated piano player in the corner. There was nothing remotely romantic about your bar nothing because this is what it felt like. A over proceed unprofessional dive bar. My date and I sat alone at our brightly lit table listening to loud piano music for 20mins before anyone even acknowledged our existence at the table. When our server finally did arrive it was nearly impossible to hear her over the piano noise and surrounding banter of the other patrons. We ordered our food and then we sat there for another 45 mins without any contact with the server until she came to apologize but it would be another 10 to 15 min wait. So now we have been in your establishment for 1 full hour weve spent 40 dollars on 2 drinks and a small garden salad in a brightly lit extremely loud and extremely non romatic dive bar and literally 30 seconds before my date and I were going to just walk out because of the miserable abeyance and pitiful service, our food came my girlfriend had the salmon and seemed pleased with it I had the rack of lamb which was decently cooked nothing to write home about but never the less it was accompanied by baby carrots and cold potatoes otherwise very disappointing. She had dessert and I choose to pass because literally I couldnt wait to get out of there and honestly for a bar of your caliber on any given night I would have chaulked it up as just other night out at a dive bar with no professionalism at all and went on with my night, but tonight was Valentines day and Ive never been more embarrassed in my life, i promised my girlfriend a romantic evening and all i got for $150.00 was alot of noise, bad service over priced drinks and brite lights. I vow to never set foot in your bar again and i will make it my calling to share my opinion about your bar and its lack of service every chance i get. The only advice i can give you is to never try pulling a romantic evening dinner off there ever again because frankly you have no idea what you are doing. Thank you for the worst Valentines Ever. Yours Reluctantly , Robb Sarmento

Horrible experience, would not recommend. Extemely bland and overpriced food partnered with the unbelievably long wait and horrible service made for an extremely disappointing night. $115 & 2 hours worth of disappointment. Had a reservation for 8, didnt get service till 8:15, didnt even receive our appetizers until 9 and we didnt get our meals until 9:30. We were tempted to get up and leave but We were starving and couldnt bring ourselves to be rude. If we could go back in time definitely wouldve left after not receiving our appetizers for an hour so we wouldnt of been disappointed by the food. We got two surf & turfs and the prime rib. The seafood was fine but miniscule portions, the new York steak was the most bland steak we have ever tried and one that was supposed to be medium rare was well done. Wouldve sent it back but we were beyond done with waiting.. The prime rib was 50% fat and also extremely bland and The vegetables were almost cold. Our waitress avoided us for most of the night and the rest of the staff seemed more focused on the closing prep than serving or checking on the guests. The guests behind us had the same experience as us but they had the guts to complain to the manager who didnt seem to care. Every guest seemed to be frustrated and dissatisfied. Save your self the trouble and go to the bar and grill right next door or even the gas station around the corner could probably give you a better dining experience.

This place is a perfect example an economic theory I like to call, "Tragedy of the Waterfront". There is something about waterfront places where they rely on the view and their location... and then they just stop trying as hard as they can. This restaurant is tired. Just walking up to the property I wondered if this was a candidate for Gordon Ramsays TV show "Kitchen Nightmares"? The hostess desk is replaced with a sign that tells you to stand by the fireplace if you want a table. This lackluster greeting was an accurate harbinger of the level of organization displayed by the staff. The menu and the piano player had something in common... both were filled with unimaginative selections held over from the 70s and 80s. Fried and sauteed seafood, though very fresh, was presented perfunctorily on china that must have been salvaged from the estate sales of eccentric grandmothers long since departed. Our order for a party of four didnt come to the table at the same time. One dish took several minutes longer while we graciously waited. If a server needs a moment to make two trips, thats understandable. But, leaving one person out, especially when the meals are all of "fry it and sauce it" complexity... not acceptable. In the end, this is a place thats surviving... but sadly, not thriving.

Ive never felt the need to write a review before my experience here. We reserved a table and when we arrived we were greeted at the fireplace in the middle of the room immediately and seated. Our waitress was the only other good thing at this place. We ordered our food including appetizers at 8:05 PM. The restaurant closes at 9:00 PM, however around 8:20 PM the owners arrived and the atmosphere immediatly switched to everyone scrambling to clean tables, putting away dishes and counting the till. At 8:45 PM the couple seated next to us that arrived at 8:15 PM complained to the owner that they ordered appetizers. By 8:50 PM they d recieved their appetizers. My group didnt get our fried zucchini and calamira until 9 PM nearly an hour later. Our waitress could tell at this point everyone was pissed off and apologized for the wait before going back to cleaning. At 9:30 We finally got our food. The steak was tasteless, tough and definitely not medium rare as specified. My girlfriend ordered the prime rib and thankfully it came with beef au jus which I spent the next 10 minutes dunking my $30steak into so I could eat it. Im guessing this place doesnt want to waste money on air conditioning because it was nearly 85° inside. Dont make the same mistake we did by reading the good reviews.

I have been here many a time with family and friends.. however today will be my last time coming here. The food was sub par for the price and I was treated in a very disrespectful and slightly racist manner. I went to have a late lunch with my son and husband. We requested a table at the window. We were asked to wait and we did but they offered us a table in the back away from the window. We were seated directly across from a unoccupied window seat. Nobody could tell us why we were not allowed to sit there. Later a white family was seated there. I asked to speak with the manager and she began arguing with me in front of the other customers and my young son. I have never been treated so badly. If you want a good meal from a restaurant that treats all its customers fairly ..Id go elsewhere.
