Our family happy at dinner here, unfortunately eat oysters in half actually have suddenly found living insects crawling. I asked the waiter to call the manager over to give me a fair argument, the waiters attitude is also good, the managers attitude is very bad, although we give free single do compensation, but they later said fiercely allowed us then to the store consumption . This health is a problem not only did not apologize to consumers, but consumers are not allowed into the store again hegemonism is shameful. In the United States free and harmonious social equality, we should not have such unreasonable, do not attach importance to food safety, discrimination, customer business.

If you like food with flavor and good service, please, stay away! Over priced and underwhelmed. Please read on if you want the dirty details... Went for a Friday night date night with hubby. The reviews were wonderful and we were excited to try a new place. Arrived early as the reviews mentioned lines. The restaurant opened promptly at 5pm and there was already a crowd. I thought this was a good sign (I was wrong). We chose to sit at a table and a server took our drink order and I asked about the menu as it was our first time there and wasnt sure what was on the rotating buffet and what needed to be ordered via server. She was abrupt and unkind in her answer. Some rolls need to be ordered and some are on shelves above the rotating buffet. You order the appetizers from the many servers meandering throughout the restaurant and some have tablets, some dont. We ordered appetizers and went to the rotating buffet. Found some items and sat down. My husbands appetizers showed up. Mine did not. When we inquired again and I finally received my seaweed salad it was as though chewing petrified hay that had mated with Easter egg basket grass and left out to pertrify in Death Valley for good measure. Then still had to ask them again and again for everything else we ordered from the shrimp and veggie tempura to the soft shelled crab, fried oysters, salmon, was bland and oily. The only taste was oil and batter. The sushi rolls were on par with Walmart. Although with Walmart at least you know youre choosing trash. The restaurant seems to not have any salt on hand as even the edamame (which on the menu says "lightly salted") had NO salt at all. Orders from the servers repeatedly did not arrive and the air was not on. It was extremely warm and it was already a late, hot, summer day. The oysters, which I was truly looking forward to were sticky, slimy and uneddible. For $56 I could have made dinner at home myself and saved me from (embarrassingly) vomiting in the parking lot while onlookers cringed. And yes, it tasted just as bad if not worse coming up. Dine at your own risk

To start off, I love sushi. I am not a picky eater and always excited about going to a sushi restaurant. I Googled sushi restaurants and found fiji sushi rated at 4 stars. I was looking forward to tasting the sushi. I turned on the car and starting driving. 1 hour later I arrived to the restaurant. I sat down and started eating. The first bite was okay so I continued to grab more. The more I ate, the more disgusting it became. The food is on a conveyer and is constantly rotating. Every item I grabbed was cold and or soggy. Not a very great experience. I was only there for 20 minutes. I got up, paid the bill and walked away disappointed. The best thing on the menu was the raspberry ice tea I had. The trip wasnt a total waste because I spotted a Krispy Kreme. Grabbed a donut and drove back home. I do not recommend this restaurant. Save your money and your time. If your looking for an awesome sushi buffet. I highly recommend you try paradise sushi. This restaurant is doing it right.

Not sure why this place has 4.4 stars! Went there and everything was outstanding! Its a buffet so naturally you have plate buildup on your table, but there was about 4 or 5 guys going around picking up plates in a very timely manner! So timely in fact that at one point they were picking up plates quicker than my husband and I were eating (and we were really really hungry) but I was just impressed the whole time! The best part was EVERYTHING on the menu is all you can eat instead of the usual slim sushi all you can eat choices! I can understand now why Fuji always has a line going out the door! I WILL be returning!

This time Fuji Sushi was much better than when I visited the first time during the opening run. Great service this time, I made most of my orders with the chefs at the bar. I had a few items from the belt. Large portions of all you can eat sashimi, rolls made to order and appetizers makes a visit to this place definitely worth your money. With the "all you can eat" buffet for two and two beers you will spend 60 bucks. One down side is that if you are seated at the bar you may have people trying to reach over your meal to get items from the conveyor belt.

Perfect 5 for the great food and accommodating staffs! Despite the long waiting time to get seated, which makes you salivate more because you can see other customers enjoying the buffet, everything is worth the price and very good fresh Japanese food. The staff were polite and fast in their job. Even crowds of customers coming were non-stop and closing time is near, I see no grumpy face. I recommend a spacious waiting area because its tiring to stand for long time and so cold outside.

This will be the last time we go to this restaurant. Everything was going well until desert when my wife bit into her fried banana and found a blond hair in it. We brought it to the attention of the server and the only response was if she wanted a new one: I think not. The server didnt even offer a discount or even an apology. We have gone to this restaurant many time before and never a problem with the food. So, you have lost a customer today. Thanks for nothing.

Fuji sushi was amazing! For the price you pay, you will not get to try different kinds of sushi for that price. Plus, you get to make orders off the menu that is included in the buffet price, absolutely fantastic. Waiters were nice, restaurant was clean. The Nut Tree Plaza where it is located also has lots of other things to do, hence you can eat and walk it off. Nice lightening at night with people around.

We go once a month and have never been disappointed. We love the staff there. I have been there for both lunch and dinner. They are very well set up for wheelchairs and will let us sit anywhere we want. So much nicer than the assigned seating at places. The food is AWESOME! It can be customized and is prepared well and fast. I Highly recommend Fujis to anyone who eats sushi!
