We came in and got seated and the guy just left saying no word. Took them 10 min to actually ask us what we wanted to drink and when they did, it took them another 15 min to bring the drinks in which by the time we were ready to order. Took exactly 1hr 30 min for them to bring our food(Dont know why we stayed) but when we did get it, it was extremely cold. My mother as well ordered a salad in which no utensils were brought to the table and no napkins so I nicely asked a girl if she could bring us napkins and a fork and she rolled her eyes and annoyed just left, and when she came back she just tossed them on the table. I mean I invite that ridiculous girl to seat with us and eat a salad with her hands! Ridiculous! Horrible customer service may I say!!

Excellent place to watch games regardless of the sport. There are a bunch of tvs surrounding the inside of the restaurant, as well as a few in their outdoor seating area. There are 2 sections inside: the dining area, and the bar area. The dining section has a darling lighting to the room to provide a more intimate ambiance with you and your party. The bar section is more brightly lit and an easier access to the bar. The food is good... Nothing all that special in my opinion. Just typical bar food. They do have specials. Theres Wing Tuesdays in which they offer boned wings for 60 cents per piece. And boneless Thursdays, in which they offer 60 cents per piece of boneless wings. Happy Hour is Monday through Friday 2pm-7pm.

I used to frequent this franchise a lot when I was still living in Indiana. Its great to know that I have one pretty close to where I live now in California. This particular location is pretty spacious, with plenty of wide screen TVs around the area. Perfect for football, basketball, or any other sports you fancy. Ask for the servers to change the channel if you have a particular sport you want to watch, and theyd be more than happy to switch the channel for you. Ive been here a few times for lunch and to go orders, all have been a good experience. The food is served hot and cooked perfectly. You can also order online and specify the time youd like to pick it up, so they can adjust the cooking time. Very convenient!

Horrible service today I came in with a group of 5 and they took really long for someone to come by and help us out with our order. We told someone we were ready they said one second Ill get someone and time went by and still nothing we then asked for help no one came around we didnt even get asked for drinks. Finally one of the guys sweeping came by and took our order then told us hes not our waiter. This is the first time I come here and feel like Im not important at all no acknowledgment at all this will be the last time I come here. Thanks guys.

It seems like that last 4 times my family friends and i have been there it takes them at least 40 mins just to get us our drinks. The last time we went the service was definitely quicker, but i ended up getting extremely sick and we also got payed gratuity. There was 7 of us and we all payed cash. But our waitress told us we getting charged for gratuity and from each check there was $11.00 taken our of our change. I think i should be the one to decide how much tip i want to give...go to hayward, fremont or daly city for much better service.

We arrived around 5:50 PM. The place is not super busy with plenty of service staff walking around. However 3 servers walked right pass us without acknowledging us. My friend had to go inside to find a manager looking man to seat us. Our server was nice, but she got our order wrong because she had to come back 10 mins later to confirm what flavor of wings we want... Then we waited for another 15 mins, no food ever showed up though we didnt order anything complicated... So we decided to go to Chevys next door!

We made an order over phone, and we were told it will be ready in 5 min. We reached there after 25 min. One waitress said it will be ready in a few mins. After 20 mins they told me somebody else paid for my order. Manager came, they started talking with each other and the other person who paid for my order, another 30 mins went like this. Finally they handed me my order with pissed off faces.. nobody bothered to say sorry. I am surprised they are running a restaurant without any process !!

This place sucks, it take them 25 minutes to get people seated, even if they have more than five tables empty, the staffs are just slacking off. This place mostly serves wings, but an order of wings takes 45 minutes plus to get that on the table, when the place is only 3/4 occupied. Poor management, and very poor customer service. They should go get some training from a Chinese restaurant, how to be efficient with their customer service.

Wait staff sucks. This review is for my son and friends. Like alot of others my son/friends waited for at least 20 minutes to finally be acknowledged and asked for their drink orders. Then another 10 mins to GET their drinks. And waited another 10-15 mins to get their food order taken. And after all that they waited another 20 just to pay their bills. WTF. Apparently management here doesnt care too much about Customer Service.

Turn around and go back! There is a price you pay for quick service. I received my main meal COLD before my appetizers, and my appetizers were not thoroughly cooked. The only thing good about this night was watching my waitress off what I could honestly say must of been outstanding drugs. My advice take the extra drive and go to Dublin. Your service will be mediocre, however the food will be several levels above this location

Came in around 230 pm place empty, seated immediately but couldnt get acknowledged for about 30 minutes. Service is the worst. Nobody seems to care about their job or the customers here...including the elderly gentleman walking around who appears to be the manager. Not to mention the server keeps blaming EVERYONE ELSE for the sluggish service. Its the whole place. Management needs to reassess the Team!!

I like the buffalo wild wings.We are seated almost immediately.she got our wings,and spinach artichoke dip quickly.lots of televisions.service is pretty good.every tuesday 0.60$ wings.thers is a lots of flavour delicious.and there is a facility wifi(very fast)with nice music.customer service also good.i like watching the games with my family and friends NFL,NBA games.lots of fun.

Website says they close at two, called Sunday they were already closed at 11. Called Thursday morning at1129, they dont do wings because they already shut their fryers off. I want to be a new customer, but this place doesnt give me a chance to experience their so called wings. Screw them!! They sucked anyway... jhahaha!! If this is how they operate, imagine the food.

I love this sport bar.This is one of the best place to eat the chicken wings . The Service is really nice. The one bad thing is long line. And its worse on Tuesday as 1/2 the prices for wings. And one more thing is if you have warrior game this bar will be house full. It has the. ice seating and high chairs for kids. The food is really awesome
