Ok so if i could give -1 stars i would. Lets start with accomodations, our 4mo old son Was with our party of 8 and there was NOWHERE to put our infant seat. No offer of a high chair or stand to put the seat on. Then when the incredibly rude waiter did show up he claimed to have never seen an out of state ID (for wine for the table) like my Fiances so instead of checking with someone who has hal brain he proceeded to disrespectfuly "quiz" (his words) her about the ID which was clearly valid and not a fake. His attitude was horrible, he embarrassed her and himself and left a very poor impression of the staff at this place. When pointed out to him by a 71, yr old adult that she was of age and had an infant his comment was "we had a middle schooler with a baby here last week" REALLY?The food: this place takes "small plates" to new level, portions were miniscule and the food was definetly not worth the prices. Not even close. Then to top it off they charged us $18 bc we passed out desert bars prepared by our guests, no extra work was needed, no cutting or plates were requested it was basically a "we saw your desert" charge. What a joke of a dining establishment. I cannot believe this place exists in Los Gatos. Your waiter has never seen an out of state ID in one of the most ethnically diverse areas of the country?? Please. Just an excuse to be a jerk.

This is a lovely new addition to our great town. Fun food, beautiful restaurant. I found the atmosphere friendly and very much in the spirit of downtown Los Gatos-inviting and like you will see someone you know. My table ordered a diverse variety of dishes and everyone was able to sample each others food (which I believe is the spirit of Cin-Cin). The food was fresh and delicious and the staff was courteous and obliging. The one place where this restaurant just missed the mark was in its noise level. It felt as though the set up could have been improved with the use of some sound-deadening materials. This is honestly the one thing that hinders my desire to return. Overall, I cant imagine that you will be disappointed in choosing Cin-Cin. Best of luck in your future dining!

My friend and I came here for dinner one Friday night and made it just in time for their HH. $5 apps and 1/2 off drinks, we def took advantage and ordered a round with the calamari and truffle fries. Shawn Hunter was very accommodating to my food allergies and made sure nothing was cross contaminated. He even offered substitutions or various options as to ordering the dish if it did contain anything I was allergic to. Talk about great service. Truffle Fries were SO good, but then again what isnt with truffle oil?? We later went and ordered a bunch of other dishes to share

Easily one of the best restaurants Ive been to in a long time. Every dish was incredibly creative and flavorful, and the wine and beer selections were excellent. We will definitely be going back again and again. We tried the mushroom empanadas (with truffle oil) and the hamachi stack (amazing!) for appetizers, then the Korean tacos and the pulled pork slides as larger dishes. The fusion of flavors and styles was just mind-blowing. For dessert we had the peach upside down cake with vanilla bean gelato, which was a perfect end to the meal.

Really miss the original chef and the new creations he came up with. Half the menu is the same as it was a few years ago. Good for those that have longtime favs. The new bartender makes great drinks but sticks pretty closely to the drinks menu. I like the original bartender that can conjure up a drink to quench whatever first I have at the moment. The staff of course are still all upbeat and friendly and its always good to go back to visit an old favorite.

Love this place. My book club had another fabulous dinner at this place tonight. We had a group of 8 with an amazing server who put up with all of our crap. The food is always so so so good and great menu and great wine list, too. We always get great service even when we are sometimes a bit difficult to put up with. Such a special occasion place and a great place for a special date, too. the happy hour form 4 to 6 is AMAZING

The Korean Tostado was awesome a great combination of east meets west. Our group liked them so much we ordered them twice. The decor is great although it can be a bit noisy if you are looking for a quiet dinner this is not the place. If you are looking for a great evening with lots of happy chatter in the background this is THE place. The staff was extremely friendly and we felt welcome.

A great place to come with a group--lots of delicious small (and some large) plates to share, and none that we tried were disappointing. Their sliders and pork belly are particularly good. Theyve got an enormous wine list and a variety of cocktails, but their non-alcoholic options are a bit more limited. (You can ask for some off menu options, like a virgin mojito that was decent.)

Food quality and presentation was extraordinary, all ingredients were fresh, unique, and well chosen. Waiter was extremely polite. However, the service staff in general came just shy of throwing our food at us and master numerous attempts to take plates that werent finished. This wont take away from the superb quality of the food. Strongly recommended.

Great food. Really great. Service was good. But, there was some strange policies... regarding payment (no more than 2 cards), and refills. Not to mention a higher price point. And ambience was mixed; lighting was nice but noise level was high. Overall, I would go back, but perhaps find a less busy time, and not with a large group (like 3 couples).

Another of our favorites! I highly suggest sitting at the bar; youll be well taken care of. We generally have a number of small plates and some of their yummy cocktails. I recommend the roasted veggies and the fish tacos. For an extra treat, have Matt make you a custom drink; hes got a million of em! Always a fun place to relax and chat.

Chef Shingo is creative, consistent and ever evolving. The food and wine menu changes with the seasons and whatever is tasting excellent. The wine list is not only recognized by Wine Spectator but more importantly regulars and locals. Lisa Rhorer the owner puts her heart and soul into her wines, craft cocktails and stellar beers

Went here for a date night on A Friday evening. The atmosphere was lively and the food was great. It is mostly small plates that you can order and share. We tried the pork buns, mushroom empanadas, flat bread, gnocco frito, and fries. The truffle fries were the best. I will definitely be coming back.

Highly recommended. Fresh, good food. I am not surprised it is Michelin recommended. This is a fun place with food up at a very respectable level and a good atmosphere. Service is also consistently good. Yes, this place gets busy on peak hours so you will need reservations.

Dont let this place fool you. It looks moderately priced, with a simple recipe, but the cost shoots up there. Food is delicious, decor is ordinary and noisy. Not great enough wine selections by the glass (no Rieslings). But the food is what would bring me back.
