Good service despite being busy majority of the time. Bartenders are good depending on what night your here. They suck with giving you your stripes. Been here 3 times within the past 40 days and they always tell me their machine is down and I cant get my stripes. Played me out of $200 worth of stripes points. The reason I frequent this place is because of the stripes rewards program. Its nice to stop in on a night like this Saturday and have a free drink and appetizer all on stripes points. Great place to mingle and meet new people. TVs for those who dont want to watch it at home. Hahaha. And good music sometimes. Depends on staff in at the time. Overall good place to hang out and have a drink and meal.

This place WAS the best. Now its a shell of what it used to be. Only things good on the menu must say Jack Daniels otherwise forget about it. The drinks are still good but food and service need a serious adjustment. We waited 25 mins for a table just to be forgot about for 20 mins once we sat down. Then after waiting another 20 mins or more for the food, it was cold. Worst part is that this is the 2nd time in a row this has happened to me. I tried to give it another chance and got the same service and experience. All on my finances birthday. Go to Chillies or one of the many restaurants near by.

Its really good food, and if you go at the right times really good prices. I ordered 9 sliders, a basket of fries, and two drinks for $24 during Friday night happy hour. I went alone and got all you can eat wings for $10. Its just awesome. They have great deals, great food, and I really enjoy the environment too. I havent come close to trying everything they have to offer yet, and Im not really interested in it all either, so I only know about the deals. Also Ive never been to another one of these, so I have nothing to compare. It is pretty awesome though.

First of all we got here around 8:30 and it took about 20 something minutes to get our drinks. While we were waiting for our food (which took about 20 more minutes btw) we saw something completely disgusting. A server came out with two plates of food, took it to the wrong table and while figuring out where that was supposed to go, a child in that table sneezed all over the food. The waiter then took the sneezed on food to the right table having no consideration about what just had happened.

I go to this tgifriday frequently and it is usually a great experience, I sit in the bar area most of the time, waiters and waitresses friendly and quite fast. I went there today around 5:30 sat in the bar area for almost 30 minutes no one ever acknowledged me or asked if I wanted a drink, a menu or even a glass of water...I just left they did not notice. I was very shocked. I drove frpm Oakland just to get the jack daniels ribeye lolol...maybe next....if I get a waiter lol

We had a party of 5. The wait was 20min to be seated (Not so bad). We were seated. Menus were extremely sticky and dirty. Our main server seemed to be extremely tired. They didnt bring our food out together. When everyones food finally arrived it was extremely salty even the cheesecake was salty. The alcohol selection vs food selection is definitely higher. I will not be eating here again. Its just not my cup of tea. If your drunk Im sure the food would be amazing.

We had a horrid experience during a dinner outing @TGIF on 12/26/2014 between 8-10pm. Our items from the car trunk were stolen within 11/2 hour dinner duration. The store needs to put surveillance cameras outside the restaurant. The thieves apparently are from Oakland since they threw some items on freeway exit to Oakland. Please let us know if anyone saw anything suspicious during that time.

Been here before and the service just keeps getting worse. Last time I was there on 10/10/2013 waited 10 minutes and our waiter hadnt even come by to ask for drinks. A couple seated a couple minutes after us got served almost right away. This isnt the first time this has happened. I love the food there but the service really needs a over haul. Its appalling

Surprisingly clean location. I ordered the chicken and shrimp Cajun pasta (lunch portion). It was actually a lot better than I expected. Came here for a business lunch. The rest of the party really enjoyed their meals as well. It appears that the staff here takes pride in what they do. Great experience overall. This may may change my outlook on this chain.

I stopped in After work last night. (07/19/2016), and I was only there for Drinks and Appetizers with a friend, who invited me out for a bit. I was pleased with our service wed received. The food & drinks were Delish, and our server was Always Pleasant, with a Charming Smile. Ive got No Complaints. We left Happy. :) Thanks TGI Fridays. :)

Their pasta is great! Not so much the salads, Ive tried them all and not impressed. Their new seating system is cool! It will actually text you when your party can be seated so you can go and walk around the stores next door instead of crowding around the waiting area. Service is okay, it all depends who your waiter/waitress is.

The salad was fine. Generous portion. But the smell of mold at this site was deplorable. I asked two staff if they had been questioned about the smell. I wanted to leave but my companion wanted to stay. Horrible experience. City of Union City/health should check this out.

Food is good and comes out fast in my experiences there. The staff all seems well connected. My server was always extremely friendly and worked hard to satisfy even my picky requests. Thank you to the staff at the first TGI Ive ever gone to. I will definitely return.

My Burger was good but it took 35 min to get it also didnt get to eat with my Girlfriend her food was burnt. Had to send food back. Im glad they replaced her plate after another 15 min. But now i know to not come here

Great Food and great service from Staff Management is also awesome and very nice. My go to place during the weekends or after work. Plus get rewards when you sign up for their TGIF stripes reward program

I waited 30 minutes from when I ordered my ice tea refill until the waiter came back to ask me if I can needed something. Seems he forgot I was thirsty. Not coming back again. Repeatedly bad service.

They are the best! Whoever is a steak lover should try the jack Daniel steak! The sauce makes the steak taste so good! I feel like they take my soul away from me when i eat there!
