I used to buy Pizza from this store twice a week, as I am kind of a pizza addict, but after my last few experiences with them, I am done. They have screwed up my last few orders, and when I called to ask about how it could be fixed, the problem was blamed on me and I was told there was nothing they could do. Let me start at the beginning, I ordered online, and after ordering a large two topping pizza, I was sent a small pizza. Not a huge deal, I asked the delivery person to call his manager. After 5 minutes of trying to call and having no one answer his calls, the delivery person told me there was nothing he could do, Id have to call and speak with the manager. SO that is what I did. When I called, the manager was extremely rude to me and told me it was my fault the order hadnt gone through correctly and since it was my fault the order was wrong, he couldnt help me. It didnt matter to him that I ordered the same thing from them twice a week and this order was different. It didnt matter to him that all I wanted was credit for 1 pizza on my account, all that mattered to him was that he didnt have to accept the blame for the problem. He then told me that he was busy and didnt have time to explain to me any further and reiterated he could and would do nothing to help me. So instead of fixing a small problem for a regular customer, this manager cost the company that same regular customers business. I will continue to order my twice weekly pizzas, but it will no longer be from this store. Hope the cost of crediting 1 pizza to my account was worth losing my regular business over... The funny thing is, this was the fourth time in 2 months they had screwed up something on my order. This store desperately needs some customer service training, or a new manager.

This place used to be good until they got new owners the people that work there now are clueless. They are extremely dirty, I walked in to pick up my pizza and was greeted With loud rap music and a employee sitting on the counter just doing nothing. I still like pizza guys just never Tracy Ill drive to Manteca before I ever buy from this establishment again

Have ordered for delivery from here twice, both times it took 2 hours for my food to arrive. The first time i ordered the taco pizza and, minus the wait, it was fantastic. On the second delivery, the pizza was cold... and its toppings were stuck to the top of the box. Seems to be hit or miss.

Great pizza for the money and the the people are supper friendly! Did not know what kind of sauce my family wanted for the bread sticks so she gave me both without charging! Cheers!
