I went to China Buffet about a week ago. I had high hopes, as I enjoy Chinese food, and was very hungry at the time. I was alone, and I asked for a booth. When I returned from the restroom, the booth I was given, was occupied by a family. The waitress apologized, and I was OK with a small table, as it was pretty busy. The first stop was the salad bar. I love crab salad, even if the crab is fake. So I helped myself, and added a few other salads to my plate. I headed back to my table. I dug in. Ugh! What a disappointment! Every item was bland, and the fake crab salad was awful. It tasted awful, and possibly rotten. I abandoned that plate, and went back to try bravely try some sushi. There was a guy who was making it and it tasted fresh and cool. It was actually good, as were the fried plantains and a mushroom dish. But what really irked me was that I told a couple of servers about the bad crab salad, and they didnt do anything about it. It was room temperature, and besides tasting awful, it might have sickened the patrons. I fortunately, did not swallow any of it. After a few fried items, and some more plantains, I decided not to return. The ice cream bar was a mess, and I wonder how often they clean the machine. When I went up to the register to pay, I retold the crab salad tale, and the hostess actually was apologetic, and said she would try it to see what was wrong. Over all, the service was not great, and it was hard to get anyones attention. I also noticed a couple of servers eating in the dining area. One was standing up. All in all, not a great experience. To put it mildly. Kudos to the hostess (cashier) who actually seemed to care.

My family eats here very often it is 5☆☆☆☆☆ for a Chinese buffet and I have eaten at Chinese buffets in China. Go here for what it is a buffet, after 5pm is best crowded but food does not have time to get cold and is replenished quickly. Sushi bar is good its not "Q" or "Urasawa" if your expecting that then you should go there. Its always fresh! Try the duck and a little of everything. The staff is fine and friendly, they are very busy, so dont expect a table side chat, remember Its a buffet. I do think its a little on the high price side but there is always a lot of sea food.

I have been visting this place for over three years now. The food is consistently delicious, and you dont get the heartburn that other Chineese buffets give you due to cheap ingredients. Great deal of variety including multiple chicken dishes, fewer beef dishes, and plenty of seafood and side dishes. The place is much cleaner than its peers. The staff is friendly and smiles, something you just dont get in most buffetts. The price is very resonable, and there are children itme items. Dont forget to try the grilling station, and Sushi station.

Very busy buffet. Priced well and although its busy theyre well staffed and theyre always looking to be helpful. Drinks are filled before cups are empty. Atmosphere is that of a typical buffet. Ive never been here when it hasnt been busy which is a great indication of how good the food is I think. Good selection. Variety of foods ranging from noodles to pizza. Practical place to eat when youre not looking for specialty items and just want to grab good food and lots of it without spending much

We were seated by the most friendly happy young Manager you have ever met. This is the friendly type of buffet where everyone can be happy with the large choice of hot, fresh cooked Chinese dishes. Lots of seafood choices and a endless line of Sushi. This is a must try buffet. You will not be sorry. We love great places like this and the Manager makes sure the customers are happy.

I have always had a great experience the waiters may tend to forget to bring your drinks or to refill them but I dont blame them, since the buffet is always full with people and they restock the food constantly.. The food is always great and well cooked. Thank you China Buffet for servicing us for many years!! Your the best!! Sincerely, Alexa.

If you are in a pinch and really, really, really want some Chinese food, this is the place to go. You can travel the globe in one full pass of the buffet of this place. They have a busy sushi bar where sushi chefs are rolling constantly, but I cannot vouch for it. Its served on a buffet line. I cannot deny how busy it was, though.

This was actually pretty good for an inexpensive Chinese buffet. Went after a funeral - probably wouldnt go on my own. Dont eat enough, haha. Tested tiny bits of different things and just ate stuff that tasted good. Mostly grilled and fried. Didnt do the sushi at all, so I cant rate. Just dont trust it at buffets for most part.

We went with open mind and were very dissapointed. Many shrimp and shellfish dishes were off taste, and fishy. Sushi was dry and not that fresh. Many dishes seemed greasy. The teriaki and grilled chicken were very good. Overall poor quality of food. If you re not picky, the prices seem low... but, you get what you pay for....;(

Huge selection of Chinese dishes and the largest selection of Sushi I have been able to find in any Buffet in California. The Manager is a young man who knows a lot about good customer service. He is very friendly with the customers and makes you feel at home. Food is always fresh and they offer a lot of healthy dishes.

Once again the ladies and friends of the YMCA had a fantastic time for an early afternoon party. The people here are first rate when it comes to customer service and helping make the event run smoothly. Ask for Jason, he is one of the managers and he will accommodate you to ensure a successful outing

The food is always fresh, but the selection changes as the day progresses so it is definitely worth coming on several different visits to try everything they have to offer. If you are trying to save some money come during lunch hours on weekdays. The dinner and weekend prices are a bit higher.

My family and I have been coming to this buffet here and there ever since my graduation back in 2014 and I can honestly say that they have a wonderful amount of selection of seafood and other foods to choose from I would recommend this place honestly its worth the money for all you can eat.

I would put a zero stars because the food was nasty and expensive! They sat us in the back, I’m not Rosa parks! They only had two stalls in one restroom! Love Tina though she was so great! But the food was trash. Oh and we got a fortune cookie with no fortune. :) you’re the best Tina!
