On todays date 9/11/2012 at approximately 9:34:43 pm my spouse went to Taco Bell located at 1505 Flynn Road in the City of Camarillo, California. She utilized the convenient drive-thru to place our order which included 2-Burritos, 7 crunchy tacos and an order of Nachos Bell Grande with no tomatoes. She arrived home with our late dinner and as we open the Nachos Bell Grande I noticed two long human hairs, possibly from a brunette employee, mixed in with the cheese and sour cream but just below the tomatoes. Needless to say we did not wanted to eat any of the tacos or burritos because it would be really hard to determined if they were any hairs in them. My spouse decided to take the Nachos Bell Grande back to Taco Bell and speak with the manager in regards to our experience. She came home and stated she presented the Nachos Bell Grande to the employee working the front counter and the employee told her she would get a manager to speak with her. The employee return and told my spouse that they would returned her money back. My spouse waited to speak with the Manager who decided not to come out of his office and address this important issue. Once the employee provided my spouse with her money the employee apologized and left. My spouse was left by the counter waiting for a Manager that never bother to come out and provide and answer as to why we had hair in our food or at least make an effort to show he cares for his customers. Here is my warning if you decide to eat at this Taco Bell location please....CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU EAT IT BECAUSE YOU MAY FIND AN EMPLOYEES HAIR IN YOUR FOOD. You will get your money back if you take the time to take the food back to this location but do not expect the management to care you had some hair in your food. If the store owner or corporate representative does not believe this happened I challenge you to check your in-store video camera system and review the footage for 9-11-2012 between 9:40pm and 10:00pm. You will clearly see the events described above including the Nachos Bell Grande left on the counter at your store. This place is F**king SLOW. you guys are pathetic with your SOS (Speed of service) I used to work at a sat food place as a cashier and eventually a shift lead, everytime I go in there everyone is screwing around except the only two cooks who are hauling ass. I live down the street and its faster for me to drive all the way across town to the other one than to go here. on top of that the place is messy. Whoever manages his place needs to dip.

I went in tonight, March 6th 2013, and asked for the new Cool Ranch Doritos Tacos. The lady employee told me they werent in until the next day even though It says right on their Taco Bell Website that that they had them in on March 6th. I even called another Taco Bell near by and asked and they said they had them in. The lady at this location lied to me.

Terrible. Im sure the crew are wonderful people but they hate their jobs. I never recieve the right burritos or tacos . They dont speak up to confirm my order. I was given the wrong drinks and missed an item. They asked me what type of sayce i wanted and only got one of the three. They ignore requestfor no ice or mixed freezes..

I swear to God this is the slowest Taco Bell in America. The workers move slow, talk slow and have the personality of the bagged meat they serve. 10 minutes to get two items and a drink... Then they forget the drink! How hard is it to get three items to the customer? Obviously pretty difficult at this joint.

Slowest drive though ever. Its 8:45 at night, Ive been in line for 21 minutes, I have only moved up 4 car lenths... Every time I pull in I regret getting in line. SAVE time and go to the one on the OTHER side of town. Yes drive 6 miles the other way and go there. You will still be ahead!

I just purchased two Mexican Pizzas and noticed that the tortilla crust looked green, as if it was molded. Im extremely disgusted, and no one answers the line to let the manager know. Furthermore, I had to wait an inordinate amount of time before I reached the drive through.

This has got to be the slowest tacobell in all of ventura county. The only reason I go there is its right across the street from my work. Rarely ever does it take me less than ten minutes to get through the drive thru and thats if theres no line!!!!!

They got my order wrong. Being vegetarian, I ordered items with beans but came to know when i got home they added beef to my order. They obviously dont pay attention when you order food. First and last time going to this place.

Worst Taco Bell EVER!!! Something is wrong with this Taco Bell! The portions are the smallest Ive seen. And on top of that they can not get a simple order right. I believe the small portions are do to the management.

Avoid the drive-thru as the line takes forever to get through. There is outdoor patio seating as well as indoor seating. This is a fast food restaurant and it is nice to have something other than a burger place.

I have ate here about 5 times and all of the items I purchase seem to be smaller in size as compared to all taco bells. It would be nice to have consistency. In addition the drive through is very slow!!!

Im ashamed to admit that I went here, but I did. We all mess up sometimes. If there was anything else open in all of Camarillo, I probably wouldnt have gone, but, as it was, I only had one option.
