Went in ordered a burger at 7:30 pm . They told me the grill was closed for 30 minutes because they were cleaning it. It was Sunday night a week ago . I got so mad I left and went to inn and out next door . Best decision of my life . Went back because my wife and kids ordered tacos . When I got there they were frustrated because they got the wrong order . Never again will my family go back to del taco in moorpark ! The one in simi and Valencia are a thousand times better !!

Food was cold and watered down. Same with their drinks. They are cutting corners, and cheating the customer. Im a frequent del taco patron at simi and van nuys and know what to expect. No wonder there was no bussiness here. Never again for me. Heath dept should check food temps.

I went i in and they helped me once they were done goofing around. The girl seemed like she didnt want to be there. Very cold & sterm. A heavy set hispanic girl. This was around 6:20 on Sunday the 7th. I wont come back to this location. Kind of sucks because I live nearby.

Put my order in a to go bag when I was dining in. I wanted a replacement order since several guests after me came in and got their food. They remade it for me, but didnt give me extra cheese like I paid for. Wouldnt make it right when I asked about it. Poor management!

The manager touches the food with out any gloves or anything. Its very disgusting when he is touching money and who knows if he touches his face and other dirty things. Dont go there. Theyre no excuse for in sanitary work place.

Drive thru is always SLOW, even when theres only one car. But 30 minutes is unacceptable. And even worse when you cant get out of the line.
